Happy women in science day! The gender balance in science and tech is notoriously uneven, but many of us are fighting to change that!

“We have to show them what women can do in science!”

Françoise Barré-Sinoussi winner of the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 2008 for her role in the discovery of human immunodeficiency (AIDS) virus.

As a female biologist, I also want to show what women can do in science and improve science communication.
