The view shows a hypercellular proliferation of uniform chief cells arranged in solid/trabecular nests separated by delicate fibrovascular stroma, with scant or absent adipose tissue. Nuclei are basophilic (purple) and cytoplasm is eosinophilic (pink), consistent with a benign endocrine neoplasm responsible for primary hyperparathyroidism (PTH excess).
