Neurosciences\u4e0a\uff0c\u9898\u4e3a<\/span><b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cell.com\/trends\/neurosciences\/fulltext\/S0166-2236(17)30069-3?rss=yes\"> \u963f\u5c14\u8328\u6d77\u9ed8\u75c5\u7684\u7a81\u89e6\u635f\u5bb3\u3002\u4e00\u4e2a\u5931\u8c03\u7684\u4ea4\u54cd\u4e50\u3002<\/a> <\/b>\u00a0\u5979\u5236\u4f5c\u4e86\u4e24\u5e45\u963f\u5c14\u8328\u6d77\u9ed8\u75c7\u7684\u56fe\u5f62\u6458\u8981\u6765\u8bf4\u660e\u5979\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u5148\u6765\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e00\u4e0b\u65af\u8482\u51e1\u59ae\u5b66\u4e60\u9886\u57df\u7684\u60c5\u51b5<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u963f\u5c14\u8328\u6d77\u9ed8\u75c5\uff08AD\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u795e\u7ecf\u9000\u884c\u6027\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u8ba4\u77e5\u969c\u788d\u548c\u8bb0\u5fc6\u4e27\u5931\u3002  AD\u662f\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u7b2c\u516d\u5927\u6b7b\u56e0\uff0c\u5f71\u54cd\u5230 <strong>3500\u4e07\u4eba\u53e3<\/strong> \u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u3002 <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6709\u8bc1\u636e\u8868\u660e\uff0cAD\u7684\u8ba4\u77e5\u7f3a\u9677\u4e0e\u7a81\u89e6\u4e27\u5931\u4e4b\u95f4\u5b58\u5728\u56e0\u679c\u5173\u7cfb\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u7a81\u89e6\u529f\u80fd\u969c\u788d\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0e\u4e24\u79cd\u75c5\u7406\u9014\u5f84\u6709\u5173\u3002\u7ec6\u80de\u5916\u79ef\u805a\u7684 <strong>\u03b2-\u6dc0\u7c89\u6837\u80bd<\/strong> \u548c\u7ec6\u80de\u5185\u79ef\u805a\u7684 <strong>tau\u86cb\u767d<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4f17\u6240\u5468\u77e5\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e24\u4e2a\u8fc7\u7a0b\u5728AD\u4e2d\u8d77\u7740\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4ecd\u7136\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u57fa\u672c\u95ee\u9898\u4e4b\u4e00\u662f\u4e0e\u03b2-\u6dc0\u7c89\u6837\u86cb\u767d\u548ctau\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u5173\u7cfb\u6709\u5173\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8fd9\u4e24\u4e2a\u89d2\u8272\u5982\u4f55\u76f8\u4e92\u4f9d\u8d56\u5730\u5bfc\u81f4AD\u7684\u7a81\u89e6\u529f\u80fd\u635f\u5bb3\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p the
