\u5236\u4f5c<\/a>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>\u9690\u6027\u504f\u89c1\u4e0e\u663e\u6027\u504f\u89c1<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u660e\u663e\u7684\u504f\u89c1<\/strong>:\u8fd9\u6d89\u53ca\u5bf9\u67d0\u4e00\u7279\u5b9a\u7fa4\u4f53\u6709\u610f\u8bc6\u3001\u6709\u76ee\u7684\u7684\u6001\u5ea6\u6216\u4fe1\u5ff5\u3002\u6709\u660e\u663e\u504f\u89c1\u7684\u4eba\u610f\u8bc6\u5230\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u504f\u89c1\uff0c\u5e76\u53ef\u80fd\u516c\u5f00\u8868\u8fbe\u8fd9\u4e9b\u504f\u89c1\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u76f8\u4fe1\u67d0\u4e00\u79cd\u65cf\u4f18\u4e8e\u53e6\u4e00\u79cd\u65cf\uff0c\u5f53\u4ed6\u4eec\u91c7\u53d6\u884c\u52a8\u6216\u516c\u5f00\u8868\u8fbe\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4fe1\u5ff5\u65f6\uff0c\u5c31\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u4e86\u660e\u663e\u7684\u504f\u89c1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u9690\u6027\u504f\u89c1<\/strong>:\u4e0e\u663e\u6027\u504f\u89c1\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u9690\u6027\u504f\u89c1\u662f\u5728\u610f\u8bc6\u5c42\u9762\u4ee5\u4e0b\u53d1\u6325\u4f5c\u7528\u7684\u3002\u4e2a\u4eba\u53ef\u80fd\u6ca1\u6709\u610f\u8bc6\u5230\u81ea\u5df1\u6301\u6709\u8fd9\u4e9b\u504f\u89c1\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u771f\u7684\u8ba4\u4e3a\u81ea\u5df1\u662f\u516c\u5e73\u516c\u6b63\u7684\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u89c6\u591a\u6837\u6027\u7684\u4eba\u53ef\u80fd\u4ecd\u7136\u5b58\u5728\u9690\u6027\u504f\u89c1\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u504f\u89c1\u4f1a\u4ee5\u5fae\u5999\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5f71\u54cd\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u51b3\u7b56\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>\u8ba4\u8bc6\u4e0e\u63a7\u5236<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u660e\u663e\u7684\u504f\u89c1<\/strong>:\u7531\u4e8e\u663e\u6027\u504f\u89c1\u662f\u6709\u610f\u8bc6\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u4e2a\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u81ea\u6211\u610f\u8bc6\u3001\u6559\u80b2\u548c\u523b\u610f\u7ec3\u4e60\u6765\u79ef\u6781\u6539\u53d8\u6216\u63a7\u5236\u8fd9\u4e9b\u504f\u89c1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u9690\u6027\u504f\u89c1<\/strong>:\u7531\u4e8e\u9690\u6027\u504f\u89c1\u662f\u65e0\u610f\u8bc6\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u8bc6\u522b\u548c\u89e3\u51b3\u5b83\u4eec\u66f4\u5177\u6311\u6218\u6027\u3002\u8ba4\u8bc6\u548c\u5e72\u9884\u9700\u8981\u6709\u610f\u8bc6\u7684\u52aa\u529b\uff0c\u4ee5\u53d1\u73b0\u548c\u51cf\u5c11\u8fd9\u4e9b\u504f\u89c1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>\u8868\u8fbe<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u660e\u663e\u7684\u504f\u89c1<\/strong>:\u504f\u89c1\u901a\u5e38\u901a\u8fc7\u516c\u5f00\u7684\u884c\u52a8\u3001\u8bed\u8a00\u6216\u653f\u7b56\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u6765\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u662f\u53ef\u89c1\u7684\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u76f4\u63a5\u53d7\u5230\u8d28\u7591\u6216\u89e3\u51b3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u9690\u6027\u504f\u89c1<\/strong>:\u504f\u89c1\u901a\u8fc7\u5fae\u5999\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u6216\u51b3\u5b9a\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u6765\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u4f1a\u7acb\u5373\u663e\u73b0\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u4f1a\u4ee5\u4e0d\u592a\u660e\u663e\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5f71\u54cd\u4e92\u52a8\u548c\u51b3\u7b56\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u66f4\u96be\u53d1\u73b0\u548c\u89e3\u51b3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>\u9690\u6027\u504f\u89c1\u5982\u4f55\u53d1\u6325\u4f5c\u7528<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9690\u6027\u504f\u89c1\u901a\u8fc7\u65e0\u610f\u8bc6\u7684\u673a\u5236\u5f71\u54cd\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u770b\u6cd5\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e0e\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u4e92\u52a8\u3002\u5b83\u6e90\u4e8e\u5927\u8111\u503e\u5411\u4e8e\u6839\u636e\u8fc7\u53bb\u7684\u7ecf\u9a8c\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u6210\u89c1\u548c\u6587\u5316\u6761\u4ef6\u5bf9\u4fe1\u606f\u8fdb\u884c\u5feb\u901f\u6709\u6548\u7684\u5206\u7c7b\u3002\u4e0b\u9762\u6211\u4eec\u5c31\u6765\u770b\u770b\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8fc7\u7a0b\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u8fd0\u4f5c\u7684\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u81ea\u52a8\u5904\u7406<\/strong>:\u5927\u8111\u5229\u7528\u81ea\u52a8\u5904\u7406\u529f\u80fd\u6765\u7ba1\u7406\u6211\u4eec\u6bcf\u5929\u9047\u5230\u7684\u5927\u91cf\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u8fd9\u5305\u62ec\u5728\u4e0d\u7ecf\u5927\u8111\u601d\u8003\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u5feb\u901f\u505a\u51fa\u5224\u65ad\u548c\u51b3\u5b9a\u3002\u5f53\u6211\u4eec\u63a5\u89e6\u5230\u65b0\u4fe1\u606f\u6216\u65b0\u4eba\u7269\u65f6\uff0c\u5927\u8111\u4f1a\u4f9d\u9760\u5df2\u6709\u7684\u8054\u60f3\u548c\u523b\u677f\u5370\u8c61\u505a\u51fa\u5feb\u901f\u8bc4\u4f30\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u81ea\u52a8\u5224\u65ad\u4f1a\u6839\u636e\u67d0\u4e9b\u7fa4\u4f53\u548c\u7279\u5b9a\u7279\u5f81\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u65e0\u610f\u8bc6\u8054\u7cfb\u5bfc\u81f4\u6709\u504f\u89c1\u7684\u53cd\u5e94\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5927\u8111\u7ed3\u6784\u548c\u529f\u80fd<\/strong>:\u5927\u8111\u4e2d\u6d89\u53ca\u5185\u9690\u504f\u89c1\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u533a\u57df\u5305\u62ec <a href=\"https:\/\/my.clevelandclinic.org\/health\/body\/24894-amygdala\">\u674f\u4ec1\u6838<\/a> \u548c <a
