We do!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for new people to join our team of artists, developers, and entrepreneurs, all passionate about science.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have a new job opportunity: <strong>SDR &#8211; Sales Development Representative.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Main Activities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Represent our company&#8217;s products and services, leading consumers to identify how our solutions meet their needs.<\/li><li>Qualify inbound leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.<\/li><li>Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps.<\/li><li>Communication with inbound leads through chat.<\/li><li>Identify prospect&#8217;s needs and suggest appropriate products\/services.<\/li><li>Work closely with the CS sector to provide the best possible assistance to the users.<\/li><li>Provide a first attention to users in the chat and screen potential sales opportunities, attributing leads to the sales executive.<\/li><li>Identify best practices to refine the company&#8217;s lead generation playbook.<\/li><li>Be an ambassador for the brand at all points of interaction with prospects and customers.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Fluent in English in speaking and writing.<\/li><li>Solid communication skills via chat, calls, and email.<\/li><li>Strong desire and ability to help generate sales for the organization.<\/li><li>Own workstation.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Be available to work in the Eastern Time Zone.<\/li><li>Proficiency in ZenDesk and RD Station tools.<\/li><li>Prior experience as a sales development rep.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Mind The Graph<\/strong><br>We are the leading and first infographic maker platform focused on scientific and academic purposes.
