Allison och Tasuku Honjo \"f\u00f6r deras uppt\u00e4ckt av cancerbehandling genom h\u00e4mning av negativ immunreglering\".<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Allison studerade ett protein som fungerar som en broms p\u00e5 immunf\u00f6rsvaret. Han ins\u00e5g potentialen i att frig\u00f6ra bromsen och d\u00e4rigenom sl\u00e4ppa l\u00f6s v\u00e5ra immunceller s\u00e5 att de kan angripa tum\u00f6rer.
