Det \u00e4r anm\u00e4rkningsv\u00e4rt att lyfta fram orden fr\u00e5n medgrundaren <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/fabriciopamplona\/\">Fabricio Pamplona<\/a>\u00a0betona den empatiska aspekten bakom plattformen (se nedan).<\/p>\n<p>Empati \u00e4r en avg\u00f6rande punkt i mindthegraphs produktutveckling sedan starten. Och det kom naturligt, eftersom en av medgrundarna sj\u00e4lv \u00e4r forskare. Fabricio hade f\u00f6ljt initiativ som \"Article of the Future\" fr\u00e5n Elsevier och visste att forskare k\u00e4mpar med att skapa figurer och presentationer f\u00f6r att representera sitt arbete.<\/p>\n<p>En vetenskaplig artikel beskriver forskning d\u00e4r man i genomsnitt spenderat 30 000 till 100 000 USD, och all denna insiktsfulla (och dyra) information \u00e4r dold bakom en bokstavlig v\u00e4gg av ord. Ingen l\u00e4ser, ingen citerar, ingen bryr sig. Visst \u00e4r det sorgligt?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.economist.com\/science-and-technology\/2016\/06\/16\/graphic-details\">En nyligen genomf\u00f6rd studie av Economist<\/a> visar att en vanlig artikel f\u00e5r mindre \u00e4n 2 citeringar... Varf\u00f6r spelar det n\u00e5gon roll? F\u00f6r att bli citerad inneb\u00e4r \"relevans\" i forskarsamh\u00e4llet f\u00f6r en forskare. De f\u00f6rvandlar osmakliga vetenskapliga data till n\u00e5got trevligt att l\u00e4sa, citera och dela.<\/h3>\n<p>M\u00e4nniskor f\u00f6rst\u00e5r faktiskt mer, minns mer och har st\u00f6rre gl\u00e4dje av att studera med infografik. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r b\u00f6rjade vi med att g\u00f6ra vad som kallas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ZdZH2V9Ni1Q\">\"concierge-validering\" i produktdesignprocessen<\/a>Det var s\u00e5 vi brukade m\u00f6ta anv\u00e4ndarnas behov genom att leverera en tj\u00e4nst f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 hur de t\u00e4nker och vad de faktiskt vill ha. P\u00e5 produktdesignjargong: att k\u00e4nna efter var det g\u00f6r ont.<\/p>\n<p>Figuren nedan visar det exakta Eureka-\u00f6gonblicket f\u00f6r skapandet av <a href=\"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\">Mind the Graph-plattform<\/a>. D\u00e4r ser du den faktiska feedbacken fr\u00e5n en anv\u00e4ndare p\u00e5 en figur som skapats av oss p\u00e5 beg\u00e4ran. Han gillade tydligen, men tog sig tid att skriva ut den och markera vissa delar i gult, att skriva legender och till och med inkludera nya dragningar.<\/p>\n<p>Vi inser att klienten sa: Jag gillar vad du g\u00f6r, men sn\u00e4lla, g\u00f6r det p\u00e5 det h\u00e4r s\u00e4ttet. G\u00f6r det p\u00e5 mitt s\u00e4tt. Det \u00e4r som att l\u00e4ra ut hur man fiskar, ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att tillhandah\u00e5lla fisken.
