D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r det ingen \u00f6verraskning att vi \u00e4ven i forskarv\u00e4rlden har en forskarstereotyp.<\/p>\n<p>Denna stereotyp ger upphov till m\u00e5nga p\u00e5st\u00e5enden. Till exempel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vetenskap \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt\/tr\u00e5kigt<\/li>\n<li>Forskare \u00e4r kn\u00e4ppg\u00f6kar\/n\u00f6rdar<\/li>\n<li>Endast vetenskapsm\u00e4n f\u00f6rst\u00e5r vetenskap<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Som forskare vet vi att dessa fakta inte \u00e4r sanna. De \u00e4r bara en del av forskarstereotypen. Men vi kan inte klandra m\u00e4nniskor f\u00f6r att de t\u00e4nker s\u00e5. Om det \u00e4r n\u00e5got jag kan s\u00e4ga om vetenskapsm\u00e4n s\u00e5 \u00e4r det att vi har sinne f\u00f6r humor. De flesta humoristiska vetenskapswebbplatser skapades bara f\u00f6r att vara roliga och underh\u00e5lla. S\u00e5 enkelt \u00e4r det.<br \/>\nMen genom att g\u00f6ra vetenskapen roligare gjorde vi den ocks\u00e5 l\u00e4ttare att f\u00f6rst\u00e5. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt b\u00f6rjade lekm\u00e4n n\u00e4rma sig den vetenskapliga v\u00e4rlden.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e5n Facebook-sidor till vetenskapsprogram p\u00e5 TV b\u00f6rjar den stereotypa bilden av vetenskapsm\u00e4n att f\u00f6rsvinna. M\u00e4nniskor tar de f\u00f6rsta stegen f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 vetenskap, och gissa vad? De gillar det.<\/p>\n<p>Det finns visserligen fortfarande vetenskaplig publicering och den akademiska v\u00e4rlden som kr\u00e4ver ett mer professionellt beteende.
