Mer frekventa uppspelningar resulterade i snabbare prestationshopp \u00e4n mindre frekventa uppspelningar i f\u00f6rs\u00f6kspersonernas hj\u00e4rnor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under alla unders\u00f6kta viloperioder i vaket tillst\u00e5nd f\u00f6rekom neurala upprepningar av hela den tr\u00e4nade sekvensen. D\u00e4remot fanns det en skillnad i detekteringsgraden med uppspelningens varaktighet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studiens resultat visade att uppspelningsaktiviteten oftast var lokaliserad i hj\u00e4rnans sensorimotoriska regioner, den del av hj\u00e4rnan som reglerar r\u00f6relse. Dessutom har hippocampus och entorhinal cortex ocks\u00e5 en roll att spela vid uppspelning av minnen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Resultaten visar att det finns upprepningar i hippocampus-neocortical som bidrar till snabb konsolidering av f\u00e4rdigheter i vaket tillst\u00e5nd. Detta var den mest \u00f6verraskande aspekten av studien.
