Forskare h\u00e4vdar motsatsen.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En grupp forskare analyserade effekterna av tupplurar genom genetiska variationer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deras studie gick ut p\u00e5 att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 den genetiska variationen hos olika individer genom deras preferenser f\u00f6r s\u00f6mnens l\u00e4ngd och preferenser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande har den genomomfattande associationsstudien uppt\u00e4ckt cirka sju genetiska loci som motsvarar tupplurar under dagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forskarna anv\u00e4nde deltagarna i UK Biobank av europeisk h\u00e4rkomst (n=452 633) av vilka cirka 38,2% svarade att de ibland tog en tupplur, och 5,3% svarade att de alltid tog en tupplur under dagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De som tog en tupplur var n\u00e4stan alltid \u00e4ldre m\u00e4n med h\u00f6gt BMI eller body mass index, som hade diagnostiserats med s\u00f6mnst\u00f6rningar, var r\u00f6kare eller pension\u00e4rer. De genomf\u00f6rde en genome-wide association study (GWAS) med genetiska varianter av h\u00f6g kvalitet som omfattade cirka fyra lakh-deltagare. Detta gjordes genom att \u00e4ndra de olika faktorer som tidigare hittats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De lyckades identifiera 123 genetiska loci tillsammans med en arvbarhet baserad p\u00e5 singelnukleotidpolymorfism p\u00e5 cirka 11,9%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De begr\u00e4nsade sin GWAS till individer med h\u00f6gre BMI.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det visade sig att av 123 loci var 110 av dem inte signifikanta f\u00f6r hela genomet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">De analyserade ocks\u00e5 skillnaden i s\u00f6mnm\u00f6nster hos de olika k\u00f6nen i samband med X-kromosomen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dessutom kom de fram till vilka gener som var ansvariga f\u00f6r hypersomnolens vid fetma: <em>PNOC (prepronociceptin), <\/em>och <em>PATJ (komponent f\u00f6r polaritet i smulceller).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dessutom koloniserades uttrycket av FADS1-genen (Fatty Acid Desaturase), vilket tyder p\u00e5 att lipidmetabolismen har en pleiotropisk effekt p\u00e5 s\u00f6mnm\u00f6nstret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De andra korrelationerna uppfattades i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till den genomomfattande genetiken tillsammans med egenskaper som glykemiskt index, antropometriska egenskaper samt kardiometaboliska egenskaper, varav m\u00e5nga korrelationer minskade efter redovisning av BMI.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dessutom bidrog de resultat som analyserades av den fenomomfattande associationen med hj\u00e4lp av den genomomfattande polygeniska analysen av dagslurar till korrelationen mellan sjukdomar relaterade till fetma, h\u00f6gt blodtryck och framf\u00f6r allt vissa kardiometaboliska sjukdomar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sammanfattningsvis \u00e4r deras resultat en \u00f6gon\u00f6ppnare.
