{"id":11998,"date":"2020-12-07T10:07:19","date_gmt":"2020-12-07T12:07:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/?p=11998"},"modified":"2023-01-05T14:32:34","modified_gmt":"2023-01-05T17:32:34","slug":"new-era-for-cnt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/sv_se\/ny-era-for-cnt\/","title":{"rendered":"Ny era f\u00f6r CNT: En ny metod f\u00f6r att odla CNT-skogar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kolnanor\u00f6r (CNT) \u00e4r allotroper av kol som \u00e4r cylindriska och bikakformade med nanodiameter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CNT har m\u00e5nga egenskaper som mekanisk styrka, elasticitet, l\u00e5g vikt, elektrisk och termisk ledningsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga som g\u00f6r det till det mest lovande materialet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e5nga branscher anv\u00e4nder CNT i stora m\u00e4ngder, bland annat elektronik, medicin, energilagring, sensorer och m\u00e5nga fler. Den \u00f6kande efterfr\u00e5gan har satt konstant press p\u00e5 att skala upp tillverkningen av CNT. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denna storskaliga produktion av CNT har blivit den st\u00f6rsta utmaningen som hindrar deras till\u00e4mpningar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att ta itu med utmaningen :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vanligtvis f\u00f6redrar forskare att odla CNT-skogar snarare \u00e4n att odla dem individuellt.  CNT-skogar \u00e4r vertikalt inriktade CNT-matriser som \u00e4r sj\u00e4lvmonterade. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detta sker vanligtvis genom kemisk f\u00f6r\u00e5ngningsdeposition i n\u00e4rvaro av en fast katalysator p\u00e5 ett substrat som senare separeras fr\u00e5n CNT-skogen f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 fram ett material med h\u00f6g renhet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c4ven om denna process erbjuder ett \u00f6verfl\u00f6d av meriter, \u00e4r det enda stora problemet som st\u00e5r inf\u00f6r l\u00e4ngden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hittills har forskarna lyckats odla CNT-skogen upp till 2 cm med hj\u00e4lp av katalysatorer som j\u00e4rn (Fe) p\u00e5 aluminiumoxid (Al2O3) (l\u00e4ngden p\u00e5 CNT spelar en avg\u00f6rande roll n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller dess egenskaper, d\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r det n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt att ta h\u00e4nsyn till denna aspekt). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detta p\u00e5verkar dess industriella v\u00e4rde genom att begr\u00e4nsa tillg\u00e5ngen och \u00f6ka kostnaden f\u00f6r materialet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det har gjorts en revolutionerande uppt\u00e4ckt som helt har f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrat spelplanen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nyligen har ett team av forskare fr\u00e5n Japan registrerat l\u00e4ngden p\u00e5 CNT-skogen upp till 14 cm genom ett nytt tillv\u00e4gag\u00e5ngss\u00e4tt. Deras studie har nyligen publicerats i Carbon.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hisashi Sugime, bitr\u00e4dande professor vid Waseda University, och hans team uppt\u00e4ckte att CNT slutade v\u00e4xa p\u00e5 grund av den gradvisa strukturella f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen i katalysatorn (Fe-Al2Ox) som anv\u00e4ndes tidigare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I princip \u00e4r CNT-densiteten, som \u00e4r beroende av antalet aktiva katalysatorer, otillr\u00e4cklig f\u00f6r att uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla en sj\u00e4lvb\u00e4rande struktur, och skogstillv\u00e4xten upph\u00f6r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e4rf\u00f6r m\u00e5ste den katalysator som anv\u00e4nds vara strukturellt och kemiskt stabil.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deras strategi var att \u00e4ndra tekniken f\u00f6r att undertrycka denna instabilitet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De uppn\u00e5dde detta genom att l\u00e4gga till ett skikt av gadolinium (Gd) till den tidigare katalysatorn som var belagd med ett kiselsubstrat av n-typ. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gadoliniumskiktet bidrog till att f\u00f6rhindra att katalysatorn f\u00f6rs\u00e4mrades, vilket i sin tur gjorde att CNT-skogen kunde v\u00e4xa med 5 cm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 den \u00f6nskade l\u00e4ngden f\u00f6rvarade de katalysatorn i en kammare som kallas CVD-kammare (Chemical Vapor Deposition) med kall gas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Katalysatorn f\u00f6rbehandlades genom att temperaturen h\u00f6lls uppe till 750\u00b0C och sm\u00e5 koncentrationer av Fe- och Al-\u00e5ngor tillf\u00f6rdes vid rumstemperatur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detta bidrog till att katalysatorstrukturen kunde bibeh\u00e5llas i upp till 26 timmar, vilket i sin tur fr\u00e4mjade tillv\u00e4xten av CNT-skogen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efter noggranna analyser kunde de registrera CNT-skogens l\u00e4ngd med 14 cm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deras prestationer har skapat en ny horisont f\u00f6r de industrier som h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 att utvecklas.
