Torka h\u00e4nderna och handlederna ordentligt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) T\u00e4ck \u00f6ver en hosta.<\/strong> T\u00e4ck munnen och n\u00e4san med en n\u00e4sduk n\u00e4r du nyser eller hostar och sl\u00e4ng den sedan. Om du inte har n\u00e5gon n\u00e4sduk till hands, hosta eller nys i armb\u00e5gen i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r i h\u00e4nderna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) Tv\u00e4tta och f\u00f6rbind alla sk\u00e4rs\u00e5r.<\/strong> Alla allvarliga sk\u00e4rs\u00e5r eller bett fr\u00e5n djur eller m\u00e4nniskor b\u00f6r unders\u00f6kas av l\u00e4kare.
