Ptice, znane tudi kot Aves, so skupina endotermnih vreten\u010darjev. Zanje so zna\u010dilni perje, brezzobe kljunate \u010deljusti, odlaganje jajc s trdo lupino, visoka stopnja presnove, \u0161tirikomorno srce in mo\u010dno, a lahko okostje. Ptice so kozmopolitska skupina z ve\u010d vrstami, ki so zelo pomembne za \u010dlove\u0161ko gospodarstvo in pre\u017eivetje. Vendar podnebne spremembe ogro\u017eajo raznolikost ptic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Znanstvenika Dehorterand in Guillemain preu\u010dujeta raznolikost ptic. Objavila sta \u010dlanek z naslovom Globalna raznolikost sladkovodnih ptic 1<\/sup> (Ptice).
