Zaradi vse ve\u010djega nezadovoljstva z razli\u010dnimi vidiki njihovega delovnega okolja se je pove\u010dalo tudi to \u0161tevilo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Razumevanje nezadovoljstva sredi kariere<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Raziskovalci so bili nezadovoljni s svojim delom leta 2021, ko je revija Nature izvedla raziskavo o zadovoljstvu in pla\u010dah znanstvenikov (skoraj dve tretjini jih je akademikov). Med strokovnjaki v srednji poklicni karieri je \u010dutiti globoko nezadovoljstvo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posameznik je lahko iz\u010drpan zaradi ve\u010d kot le frustracije ali zahtevnega projekta. Vedno pogosteje se dogaja, da akademiki sredi kariere ponovno ocenijo svojo poklicno pot. Raziskovalci na sredini kariere so izrazili nezadovoljstvo s svojim sedanjim polo\u017eajem v ve\u010dji meri kot tisti na za\u010detku ali na koncu kariere.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160tevilni znanstveniki v srednji poklicni karieri so izrazili izjemno nezadovoljstvo z mo\u017enostmi za poklicno napredovanje zaradi negotovosti glede svoje prihodnosti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 raziskovalec na za\u010detku poklicne poti in 1 raziskovalec na koncu poklicne poti sta imela podobno stopnjo negotovosti. Znanstveniki na sredini poklicne poti se morajo pogosto ukvarjati z dol\u017enostmi in odgovornostmi zunaj laboratorija, ki niso vedno dobro pla\u010dane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Glavni razlog za velik odstop<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160tevilni nadarjeni ljudje v univerzitetnem sistemu ne zdr\u017eijo ve\u010d, ker so preobremenjeni z administracijo in birokracijo, s poskusi usklajevanja raziskovanja in pou\u010devanja ter z vodenjem star\u0161evstva.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iz raziskave je razvidno, da profesorji odhajajo zaradi neustreznega nadomestila, prevelikih delovnih obremenitev, nezadostne podpore, tesnobe, fizi\u010dnega stresa, izgorelosti, strupenega delovnega okolja in neustrezne obravnave.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V zadnjih dveh letih se je akademija soo\u010dila s \u0161tevilnimi izzivi oziroma je bila izpostavljena \u0161tevilnim novim izzivom. Za te resni\u010dne probleme je potrebna prakti\u010dna in u\u010dinkovita re\u0161itev. Visoko\u0161olske ustanove potrebujejo korenite spremembe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Potrebna je prilagoditev.<\/strong> Z drugimi besedami, gre za dejanje so\u010dutja.
