Te\u017eave v zvezi s psihiatri\u010dnimi diagnozami so se pojavile leta 2010, ko je Svet za medicinske raziskave Zdru\u017eenega kraljestva objavil strategijo za du\u0161evno zdravje. Radikalna novost je psihedeli\u010dna psihoterapija (PAP): strokovno nadzorovana uporaba ketamina, MDMA, psilocibina, LSD in ibogaina.
