Zdi se, da je ponavljanje nevronske aktivnosti osnova za ve\u010d oblik spomina.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekipa Dr. Cohena je z zelo ob\u010dutljivim slikanjem, imenovanim magnetoencefalografija, posnela mo\u017eganske valove 33 zdravih desni\u010darjev, medtem ko so z levo roko preizku\u0161ali kodo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preiskovanci so dobili \u0161tevilke 41234, ki so se 10 sekund prikazovale na zaslonu, in jih prosili, naj kodo zapi\u0161ejo tolikokrat, kolikorkrat lahko, in sicer 10 sekund, \u010demur je sledil 10-sekundni odmor. Postopek so ponovili 35-krat, pri \u010demer so izmeni\u010dno vadili in po\u010divali.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po tem poskusu so ugotovili, da se je sposobnost udele\u017eenca za pravilno vna\u0161anje kode mo\u010dno izbolj\u0161ala, po enajstem poskusu pa se je ustavila.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S posebnim ra\u010dunalni\u0161kim programom, ki ga je razvila ekipa, so lahko ugotovili, kako mo\u017egani obdelujejo vsako od testnih \u0161tevilk.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Med odmori se je med tipkanjem odra\u017eala veliko hitrej\u0161a mo\u017eganska aktivnost, kot jo je prikazal program; bila je pribli\u017eno 20-krat hitrej\u0161a od tiste, ki je bila vidna med tipkanjem.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po kon\u010danih poskusih se je aktivnost pove\u010dala za dva- do trikrat. Pogostej\u0161e ponovitve so v mo\u017eganih preiskovancev povzro\u010dile hitrej\u0161e skoke zmogljivosti kot manj pogoste ponovitve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V vseh preu\u010devanih obdobjih budnega po\u010ditka je bilo nevronsko ponovljeno celotno trenirano zaporedje. Nasprotno pa je bila razlika v stopnji zaznavanja glede na trajanje ponovitev.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ugotovitve \u0161tudije so pokazale, da je bila aktivnost ponovnega predvajanja najpogosteje prisotna v senzomotori\u010dnih regijah mo\u017eganov, torej v delu mo\u017eganov, ki uravnava gibanje. Poleg tega imata pri ponovnem predvajanju spominov pomembno vlogo tudi hipokampus in entorhinalna skorja.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezultati dokazujejo prisotnost hipokampalno-neokortikalnih ponovitev, ki prispevajo k hitremu utrjevanju spretnosti v budnosti. To je bil najbolj presenetljiv element \u0161tudije.
