Raziskovalci pravijo druga\u010de.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skupina raziskovalcev je analizirala u\u010dinke dreme\u017ea z genetskimi spremembami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Njihova \u0161tudija je bila namenjena razumevanju genetskih razlik razli\u010dnih posameznikov glede na njihovo izbiro trajanja in \u017eelje po spanju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trenutno je bilo v okviru \u0161tudije povezanosti celotnega genoma odkritih pribli\u017eno sedem genetskih lokusov, ki so povezani s \u010dasom spanja \u010dez dan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Raziskovalci so uporabili udele\u017eence Biobanke Zdru\u017eenega kraljestva evropskega porekla (n=452.633), od katerih je pribli\u017eno 38,2% udele\u017eencev v\u010dasih dremalo, 5,3% udele\u017eencev pa je vedno dremalo \u010dez dan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skoraj vedno so dremali starej\u0161i mo\u0161ki z visokim indeksom telesne mase ali indeksom telesne mase, imeli so diagnosticirane motnje spanja, bili so kadilci ali upokojenci. Izvedli so asociacijsko \u0161tudijo na ravni celotnega genoma (GWAS) z visokokakovostnimi pripisanimi genetskimi razli\u010dicami, ki je zajela pribli\u017eno \u0161tiri jezera udele\u017eencev. Pri tem so spreminjali razli\u010dne prej ugotovljene dejavnike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uspe\u0161no so identificirali 123 genetskih lokusov, pri katerih je dednost na podlagi enonukleotidnega polimorfizma pribli\u017eno 11,9%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svojo raziskavo GWAS so zo\u017eili na posameznike z vi\u0161jim indeksom telesne mase.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ugotovljeno je bilo, da je bilo od 123 lokusov 110 zadr\u017eanih v genomskem pomenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Analizirali so tudi razlike v vzorcih spanja pri razli\u010dnih spolih v povezavi s kromosomom X.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poleg tega so ugotovili tudi, kateri geni so odgovorni za pot hipersomnolence pri debelosti: <em>PNOC (prepronociceptin), <\/em>in . <em>PATJ (komponenta polarnosti drobnih celic).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poleg tega je izra\u017eanje gena FADS1 (desaturaza ma\u0161\u010dobnih kislin), ki je bil koloniziran, pokazalo pleiotropni u\u010dinek presnove lipidov na vzorec spanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Druge korelacije so bile zaznane v zvezi z genetskimi korelacijami na ravni celotnega genoma skupaj z zna\u010dilnostmi, kot so glikemi\u010dni indeks, antropometri\u010dne in kardiometabolne korelacije, med katerimi so se \u0161tevilne korelacije zmanj\u0161ale zaradi upo\u0161tevanja indeksa telesne mase.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poleg tega je rezultat, ki ga je analizirala fenomenolo\u0161ka asociacija z uporabo dnevnega dreme\u017ea na genomski ravni, pomagal pri korelaciji bolezni, povezanih z debelostjo, hipertenzijo in predvsem nekaterimi kardiometaboli\u010dnimi boleznimi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Njihove ugotovitve nam odpirajo o\u010di.
