{"id":12274,"date":"2021-02-10T09:13:00","date_gmt":"2021-02-10T11:13:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/?p=12274"},"modified":"2023-01-05T13:46:34","modified_gmt":"2023-01-05T16:46:34","slug":"cannabis-and-body-pain","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/sl\/konoplja-in-bolecine-v-telesu\/","title":{"rendered":"Konoplja in telesna bole\u010dina"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>V zadnjem desetletju so \u0161tevilne klini\u010dne \u0161tudije poro\u010dale o pozitivnih in obetavnih rezultatih uporabe zdravil na osnovi konoplje za zdravljenje nevropatske bole\u010dine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S konopljo se laj\u0161ajo bole\u010dine pri sladkorni bolezni, kemoterapiji, multipli sklerozi, fibromialgiji, osteoartritisu in \u0161tevilnih drugih boleznih. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O\u010ditno obstaja povezava med eksogenimi kanabinoidi in opioidnimi receptorji, kar pri bolnikih pove\u010da analgezijo - nezmo\u017enost ob\u010dutenja bole\u010dine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri bolnikih, ki se zdravijo z opioidi skupaj z zdravili na osnovi konoplje, se poka\u017ee sinergijski u\u010dinek zdravila, pri katerem se u\u010dinkovitost opioidov pove\u010da zaradi tetrahidrokanabinola - THC, glavne psihoaktivne molekule v rastlini konoplji. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Znanstveniki na te rezultate gledajo pozitivno zaradi mo\u017enosti zmanj\u0161anja odmerkov opioidov, kar bi izbolj\u0161alo kakovost \u017eivljenja bolnikov z bole\u010dinami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Endokanabinoidni sistem, podobno kot druge presnovne poti, ni izoliran sistem \u010dlove\u0161kega telesa, saj lahko vpliva na druge signalne poti in nanj vplivajo druge signalne poti, ena od teh je o\u010ditno povezana z opioidi in njihovimi receptorji. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Opioidni receptorji imajo poleg funkcije signaliziranja ob\u010dutka bole\u010dine tudi vlogo modulacije nekaterih telesnih funkcij, kot so toplotna regulacija, hormonska stabilnost, analgeti\u010dno delovanje in druge.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kanabinoidni in opioidni receptorji so \u010dlani dru\u017eine receptorjev, vezanih na beljakovine G, ki lahko vplivajo na nevrotransmisije, odgovorne za \u0161irjenje bole\u010dine v mo\u017eganih in hrbtenja\u010di.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zdravljenje bolnikov s kroni\u010dno bole\u010dino obi\u010dajno vklju\u010duje postopno pove\u010devanje odmerkov opioidov, kar pogosto povzro\u010di ne\u017eelene stranske u\u010dinke, kot so sedacija, motnje dihanja in zaprtje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po dolo\u010denem \u010dasu bolniki za\u010dnejo kazati toleranco in odpornost na odmerek opioidov, ne dose\u017eejo njihovih terapevtskih u\u010dinkov, zaradi \u010desar morajo zdravniki ve\u010dkrat pove\u010dati odmerek, da bi dosegli enako raven laj\u0161anja bole\u010din.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Velik odmerek samega THC velja za analgeti\u010dnega, vendar mu obi\u010dajno sledijo ne\u017eeleni stranski u\u010dinki, kot so tesnoba, glavobol, suha usta, omotica, evforija in tahikardija, medtem ko majhni odmerki sploh ne povzro\u010dajo analgeti\u010dnega u\u010dinka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kljub temu se v kombinaciji z opioidi ta u\u010dinek lahko popolnoma spremeni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160tudije na \u017eivalskih modelih so pokazale, da lahko eksogeni kanabinoidi, kot je THC, pove\u010dajo u\u010dinkovitost opioidnih zdravil, kot je morfij. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Analgeti\u010dno delovanje THC se zdi, da je posredovano prek opioidnih receptorjev, pri \u010demer prihaja do navzkri\u017enega delovanja med kanabinoidi in opioidi na signalnih poteh.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Raziskovalci konoplje poro\u010dajo, da lahko dajanje THC v telesu spodbudi nastajanje endogenih opioidnih peptidov, ki se na koncu ve\u017eejo na \u017ee znane opioidne receptorje - delta in kappa - in tako posredujejo u\u010dinek kanabinoidov. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ob dajanju morfija se aktivira tudi tretji opioidni receptor mu.
