{"id":11998,"date":"2020-12-07T10:07:19","date_gmt":"2020-12-07T12:07:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/?p=11998"},"modified":"2023-01-05T14:32:34","modified_gmt":"2023-01-05T17:32:34","slug":"new-era-for-cnt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/sl\/new-era-for-cnt\/","title":{"rendered":"Novo obdobje za CNT: Nov pristop k rasti gozdov CNT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ogljikove nanocevke (CNT) so alotropi ogljika, ki so valjaste oblike satovja z nano premerom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CNT imajo \u0161tevilne lastnosti, kot so mehanska trdnost, elasti\u010dnost, lahkotnost, elektri\u010dna in toplotna prevodnost, zaradi katerih so najbolj obetaven material. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160tevilne industrije, kot so elektronika, medicina, shranjevanje energije, senzorji in \u0161tevilne druge, v veliki meri uporabljajo CNT. Zaradi vse ve\u010djega povpra\u0161evanja se nenehno pove\u010duje obseg proizvodnje CNT. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proizvodnja CNT v velikem obsegu je postala glavni izziv, ki ovira njihovo uporabo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spopadanje z izzivom :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Znanstveniki obi\u010dajno raje gojijo gozdove CNT, kot da bi jih gojili posami\u010dno.  Gozdovi CNT so navpi\u010dno poravnani nizi CNT, ki se sestavijo sami. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To se obi\u010dajno izvede s postopkom kemi\u010dnega nana\u0161anja iz hlapov ob prisotnosti fiksnega katalizatorja na podlago, ki se pozneje lo\u010di od gozda CNT, da se pridobi material visoke \u010distosti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ceprav ima ta postopek \u0161tevilne prednosti, je edina ve\u010dja te\u017eava, s katero se soo\u010damo, dol\u017eina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do zdaj so raziskovalci uspeli vzgojiti gozd CNT do 2 cm z uporabo katalizatorjev, kot je \u017eelezov (Fe) na nosilcu iz aluminijevega oksida (Al2O3) (dol\u017eina CNT igra klju\u010dno vlogo pri njihovih lastnostih, zato je treba upo\u0161tevati tudi ta vidik). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To vpliva na njegovo industrijsko vrednost, saj omejuje ponudbo in pove\u010duje stro\u0161ke materiala.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bilo je revolucionarno odkritje, ki je popolnoma spremenilo pravila igre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekipa znanstvenikov z Japonske je nedavno z novim pristopom zabele\u017eila dol\u017eino gozda CNT do 14 cm. Njihova \u0161tudija je bila nedavno objavljena v reviji Carbon.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hisashi Sugime, docent na univerzi Waseda, in njegova ekipa so ugotovili, da so CNT prenehale rasti zaradi postopne strukturne spremembe katalizatorja (Fe-Al2Ox), ki je bil uporabljen prej. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce gostota CNT, ki je odvisna od \u0161tevila aktivnih katalizatorjev, ne zado\u0161\u010da za vzdr\u017eevanje samonosne strukture, se rast gozda ustavi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zato mora uporabljeni katalizator ostati strukturno in kemi\u010dno stabilen.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Njihov pristop je bil, da so spremenili tehniko in tako odpravili to nestabilnost. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To so dosegli z dodajanjem plasti gadolinija (Gd) prej\u0161njemu katalizatorju, prevle\u010denemu s silicijevo podlago tipa n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gadolinijova plast je pomagala prepre\u010diti propadanje katalizatorja, kar je omogo\u010dilo, da je gozd CNT zrasel za 5 cm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da bi dosegli \u017eeleno dol\u017eino, so katalizator hranili v komori, imenovani komora za kemi\u010dno nana\u0161anje hlapov s hladnim plinom (CVD). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Katalizator je bil predhodno obdelan z vzdr\u017eevanjem temperature do 750 \u00b0C in dodajanjem majhnih koncentracij hlapov Fe in Al pri sobni temperaturi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To je pripomoglo k ohranjanju strukture katalizatorja do 26 ur, kar je spodbudilo rast gozda CNT. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po natan\u010dnih analizah so uspe\u0161no zabele\u017eili dol\u017eino gozda CNT za 14 cm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta izjemen napredek je raz\u0161iril vidike uporabe CNT-jev.Njihov dose\u017eek je postavil novo obzorje za razvijajo\u010de se industrije. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To bi lahko spremenilo pristop k nanotehnologiji in nanoznanosti za prihodnje raziskave.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za branje celotnega objavljenega raziskovalnega \u010dlanka se obrnite na spodnji DOI.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Referenca :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hisashi Sugime, Toshihiro Sato, Rei Nakagawa, Tatsuhiro Hayashi, Yoku Inoue, Suguru Noda.
