Medtem ko v Italiji organi poro\u010dajo o stopnji smrtnosti pribli\u017eno 8-9%, sta Nem\u010dija in Japonska poro\u010dali o \u0161tevilkah, ki so bli\u017eje 1-2%.<\/p>\n<p>Zakaj se to zgodi?<\/p>\n<p>V dana\u0161njem poro\u010dilu je bilo za 64 tiso\u010d potrjenih oku\u017eb s koronavirusom navedenih nekaj ve\u010d kot 6 tiso\u010d smrtnih primerov. To je stopnja umrljivosti 9,3%. Precej visoka, zaskrbljujo\u010da.<\/p>\n<p>Vendar je Japonska poro\u010dala o 33 smrtnih primerih od ~1K primerov (stopnja umrljivosti 3,3%), Nem\u010dija pa le o 159 smrtnih primerih od skoraj 34K potrjenih primerov... \u010dakajte, to je le 0,5% stopnja umrljivosti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"721\" height=\"595\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.mindthegraph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/image-254.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11112\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/image-254.png 721w, https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/image-254-300x248.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 721px) 100vw, 721px\" \/><figcaption>\u0160estkrat manj kot na Japonskem in skoraj 20-krat manj kot v Italiji. Kaj Nem\u010dija po\u010dne druga\u010de?<br> <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> Svoje mnenje \u017ee imam, vendar si oglejmo vse razpolo\u017eljive teorije:<br> &nbsp;1) Najbolj o\u010ditna: zdravstveni sistem v Nem\u010diji je bolje opremljen.<br> 2) Nemci uporabljajo inovativna zdravljenja<br> 3) Nem\u010dija je \u0161e vedno na za\u010detku epidemije, zato ni bilo \"dovolj \u010dasa\", da bi se stopnja umrljivosti stabilizirala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manj o\u010ditno je, da preprosto testirajo ve\u010d ljudi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako velik je njen vpliv? Vsaj desetkrat. Testirajo desetkrat ve\u010d ljudi in zaradi tega je stopnja umrljivosti tako nizka, torej v resnici:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u0160tevilo oku\u017eb je verjetno 10-krat manj\u0161e<\/li><li>Stopnja umrljivosti je verjetno 10-krat ni\u017eja<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Enostavno nimamo natan\u010dne ocene skupnega \u0161tevila prizadetih oseb, saj se pri \u0161tevilnih od njih simptomi ne pojavijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najla\u017eja razlaga je pogosto prava. V znanosti se temu re\u010de Okamova britev... in to je precej preprosta razlaga za to neskladje v \u0161tevilkah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tudi ta \u0161tevilka je bli\u017eje \"zaznavam\" zdravstvenih delavcev v prvih vrstah. Sorazmerno zaradi oku\u017ebe s koronavirusom ne umre veliko ljudi - torej ni tako resna -, vendar so \u0161tevilke visoke, ker je virusnost ve\u010dja od tiste, ki smo je vajeni pri boleznih dihal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"494\" height=\"453\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.mindthegraph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/image-255.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11116\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/image-255.png 494w, https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/image-255-300x275.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 494px) 100vw, 494px\" \/><figcaption>Nemci dejansko aktivno testirajo ljudi, tudi \u010de nimajo simptomov. To je edini na\u010din za natan\u010dno oceno stopnje oku\u017eenosti prebivalstva.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce bi lahko povedal en stavek, bi se glasil: brez panike.  Ti \u010dasi so mimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posku\u0161ajte prepre\u010diti oku\u017ebo, umivajte si roke, poskrbite za dobro odpornost in to je vse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verjetnost smrtnega vzroka je majhna, \u010de je na voljo ustrezna kriti\u010dna oskrba. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zdravljenje je v teku, naslednje leto bomo imeli cepiva in vse skupaj bo minilo.
