Toda za vzdr\u017eevanje vsega tega \u017eivljenja obstaja podzemna mre\u017ea, ki je ne vidimo in za katero veliko ljudi ne ve. Da, govorim o mikoriznih glivah. Avtorji <em>\"izdelati prostorsko eksplicitni globalni zemljevid simbioti\u010dnega stanja gozdov z uporabo podatkovne zbirke ve\u010d kot 1,1 milijona gozdnih popisnih ploskev, ki skupaj vsebujejo ve\u010d kot 28.000 drevesnih vrst\".<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ti dve vrsti se razlikujeta po tem, da hife ektomikoriznih gliv ne prodrejo v posamezne celice korenine, medtem ko hife endomikoriznih gliv prodrejo v celi\u010dno steno in invaginirajo celi\u010dno membrano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Endomikorize prevladujejo v sezonskih, toplih de\u017eevnih gozdovih. Simbioza med rastlinami in mikroorganizmi je zelo pomembna tudi za rastline v sezonsko hladnem in suhem podnebju. Na spletni strani\u00a0<em>razvili tehniko sledenja hranil s kvantnimi to\u010dkami, ki nam je omogo\u010dila sledenje trgovini s fluorescen\u010dno ozna\u010denim fosforjem v verjetno najbolj raz\u0161irjenem trgovinskem partnerstvu na svetu: vzajemnosti med arbuskularnimi mikoriznimi glivami in kopenskimi rastlinami.\u00a0<\/em><em>Z ozna\u010devanjem fosforja z visoko fluorescentnimi nanodelci razli\u010dnih barv smo lahko sledili gibanju virov od mesta izvora, prek glive do gostiteljske korenine.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gliva mobilizira in zbira fosfor iz tal ter ga v tr\u017eni izmenjavi z gostiteljskimi rastlinami zamenja za ogljik. Avtorji so \u017eeleli ugotoviti, kako se gliva odziva na razli\u010dne stopnje neenakosti virov. Ta \u0161tudija prina\u0161a dokaze, da glive niso le pasivni trgovci s hranili, temve\u010d tudi obdelovalci informacij.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Revija Quanta je objavila popolno in zanimivo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quantamagazine.org\/soils-microbial-market-shows-the-ruthless-side-of-forests-20190827\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u010dlanek<\/a>\u00a0o tem.
