Alzheimerova choroba je \u0161iestou naj\u010dastej\u0161ou pr\u00ed\u010dinou \u00famrt\u00ed v USA a postihuje <strong>35 mili\u00f3nov \u013eud\u00ed<\/strong> po celom svete. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00f4kazy nazna\u010duj\u00fa, \u017ee existuje pr\u00ed\u010dinn\u00e1 s\u00favislos\u0165 medzi kognit\u00edvnym deficitom pri Alzheimerovej chorobe a stratou synapsi\u00ed. Dysfunkcia synapsi\u00ed m\u00f4\u017ee s\u00favisie\u0165 aj s dvoma patologick\u00fdmi cestami. Extracelul\u00e1rna akumul\u00e1cia <strong>peptid beta-amyloid<\/strong> a intracelul\u00e1rnej akumul\u00e1cie <strong>tau prote\u00edn<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je zn\u00e1me, \u017ee tieto dva procesy zohr\u00e1vaj\u00fa d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fa \u00falohu pri Alzheimerovej chorobe.
