Vedcom sa podarilo pozorova\u0165 Higgsov boz\u00f3n v \u010dinnosti pomocou <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Large_Hadron_Collider\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ve\u013ek\u00fd hadr\u00f3nov\u00fd ur\u00fdch\u013eova\u010d<\/a> (LHC), najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed a najv\u00fdkonnej\u0161\u00ed ur\u00fdch\u013eova\u010d \u010dast\u00edc na svete. Higgsova \u010dastica je pomenovan\u00e1 po britskom fyzikovi <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Peter_Higgs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Peter Higgs<\/a>. Zatia\u013e \u010do Brout zomrel v roku 2011, tesne pred objaven\u00edm Higgsovho boz\u00f3nu, Englert a Higgs dostali v roku 2013 spolo\u010dne Nobelovu cenu za fyziku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teoretick\u00fd r\u00e1mec, ktor\u00fd predpovedal Higgsov boz\u00f3n, bol tie\u017e v\u00fdrazne ovplyvnen\u00fd <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Gerald_Guralnik\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gerald Guralnik<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/C._R._Hagen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Carl Hagen<\/a>a <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tom_Kibble\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tom Kibble<\/a>. Na sledovanie \u010dast\u00edc vznikaj\u00facich pri vysokoenergetick\u00fdch zr\u00e1\u017ekach v t\u00fdchto experimentoch sa pou\u017e\u00edvali ve\u013ek\u00e9 detektory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Experimenty ATLAS a CMS pozorovali 4. j\u00fala 2012 nov\u00fa \u010dasticu, ktor\u00e1 zodpoved\u00e1 predpovedan\u00fdm vlastnostiam Higgsovho boz\u00f3nu. Hmotnos\u0165 \u010dastice bola pribli\u017ene 125 gigaelektr\u00f3nvoltov (GeV), \u010do zodpoved\u00e1 o\u010dak\u00e1van\u00e9mu rozsahu Higgsovho boz\u00f3nu. V d\u00f4sledku tohto objavu sa potvrdila d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 \u0161tandardn\u00e9ho modelu a preh\u013abilo sa na\u0161e ch\u00e1panie \u0161trukt\u00fary vesm\u00edru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00daspech ur\u00fdch\u013eova\u010da LHC pri objavovan\u00ed Higgsovho boz\u00f3nu je d\u00f4kazom spolupr\u00e1ce v modernej vede, na ktorej sa podie\u013eaj\u00fa tis\u00edce vedcov, in\u017einierov a technikov z cel\u00e9ho sveta. Experiment\u00e1lny d\u00f4kaz tejto te\u00f3rie poskytla detekcia Higgsovho boz\u00f3nu vo Ve\u013ekom hadr\u00f3novom ur\u00fdch\u013eova\u010di (LHC) v CERN-e v roku 2012. Pri testovan\u00ed teoretick\u00fdch predpoved\u00ed pomocou najmodernej\u0161ej technol\u00f3gie to nebol len triumf \u0161tandardn\u00e9ho modelu, ale aj \u0161ir\u0161ej vedeckej met\u00f3dy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Vplyv na na\u0161e ch\u00e1panie z\u00e1kladnej \u0161trukt\u00fary vesm\u00edru<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Existencia Higgsovho boz\u00f3nu v\u00fdrazne ovplyv\u0148uje na\u0161e ch\u00e1panie z\u00e1kladnej \u0161trukt\u00fary vesm\u00edru. Higgsovo pole prenik\u00e1 cel\u00fdm priestorom a interaguje s element\u00e1rnymi \u010dasticami, ako s\u00fa kvarky a lept\u00f3ny, \u010d\u00edm im dod\u00e1va hmotnos\u0165. Pochopenie Higgsovho boz\u00f3nu tak poskytuje rozhoduj\u00faci poh\u013ead na \u0161trukt\u00faru vesm\u00edru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Potenci\u00e1lne d\u00f4sledky pre bud\u00faci v\u00fdskum a technol\u00f3gie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Okrem toho, \u017ee Higgsov boz\u00f3n potvrdil to, \u010do u\u017e fyzici tu\u0161ili, otvoril aj nov\u00e9 smery v\u00fdskumu.
