Ela \u00e9 estudante de doutorado na Faculdade de Agricultura, Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e Meio Ambiente da Universidade Hebraica de Jerusal\u00e9m.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seu novo papel&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/330976296_Optimized_Small-Molecule_Pull-Downs_Define_MLBP1_as_an_Acyl-Lipid-Binding_Protein\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Puxadores de pequenas mol\u00e9culas otimizados Definir o MLBP1 como uma prote\u00edna acil-Lipid-Binding Protein<\/a><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>traz luz \u00e0s intera\u00e7\u00f5es prote\u00edna-metabolito nas plantas, com foco nos receptores de \u00e1cido absc\u00edsico (ABA). Ela tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 uma mente o assinante do gr\u00e1fico, ent\u00e3o ela criou um infogr\u00e1fico em <a href=\"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\">cuidado com o gr\u00e1fico<\/a> para explicar sua metodologia.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>A import\u00e2ncia das prote\u00ednas relacionadas ao dom\u00ednio START<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acordo com <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41598-018-22538-9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Revista Nature<\/a>O \u00e1cido absc\u00edsico (ABA) \u00e9 a principal fito hormona envolvida na resposta ao estresse abi\u00f3tico e sua adapta\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, \u00e9 um candidato agroqu\u00edmico.  O ABA foi descoberto pela primeira vez nos anos 60. Depois disso, foi descoberto desde ent\u00e3o como um regulador chave de processos t\u00e3o diversos como dorm\u00eancia, germina\u00e7\u00e3o, desenvolvimento de sementes e respostas ao estresse bi\u00f3tico e abi\u00f3tico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os primeiros eventos envolvendo o caminho de sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o ABA envolvem a liga\u00e7\u00e3o do ABA aos receptores PYR\/PYL\/RCARs. Os receptores pertencem \u00e0 superfam\u00edlia START-dom\u00ednio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os dom\u00ednios da prote\u00edna START s\u00e3o um dom\u00ednio de liga\u00e7\u00e3o lip\u00eddica presente em genomas de bact\u00e9rias, protistas, leveduras, plantas e animais. Entretanto, eles s\u00e3o mais comuns em plantas. De acordo com<a href=\"https:\/\/genomebiology.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1186\/gb-2004-5-6-r41\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Schrick<\/a>A presen\u00e7a de dom\u00ednios START em esp\u00e9cies evolutivamente distantes, como animais e plantas, sugere um mecanismo conservado de intera\u00e7\u00e3o de prote\u00ednas com lip\u00eddios\/ester\u00f3is.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O artigo publicado em <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/30735592\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">O Jornal da F\u00e1brica<\/a> concentra-se nos receptores PYR\/PYL\/RCARs ABA.  Os pesquisadores decidiram otimizar um m\u00e9todo para permitir a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do dom\u00ednio START e dos ligantes prot\u00e9icos relacionados ao dom\u00ednio START nas plantas, porque<em>&nbsp;\"os ligantes proteicos do dom\u00ednio START s\u00e3o indispens\u00e1veis para o bom funcionamento de suas prote\u00ednas tanto em animais quanto em plantas, e ficou demonstrado que as prote\u00ednas do dom\u00ednio START de plantas est\u00e3o implicadas em processos fisiol\u00f3gicos essenciais\".<\/em><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Um resumo visual da metodologia<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Para explicar sua metodologia, os cientistas criaram um infogr\u00e1fico a partir das ilustra\u00e7\u00f5es gr\u00e1ficas. \u00c9 cativante e mais f\u00e1cil de entender.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O infogr\u00e1fico abaixo mostra o fluxo de trabalho experimental. Como voc\u00ea pode ver, eles expressaram e purificaram quatro prote\u00ednas START. Elas filtraram e incubaram o sobrenadante contendo a fra\u00e7\u00e3o sol\u00favel nativa usando estreptavidina sepharose, uma resina de afinidade para<wbr>-resolu\u00e7\u00e3o purifica\u00e7\u00e3o de biomol\u00e9culas. Em seguida, eles analisaram al\u00edquotas usando o western blot. Para identificar o ligante, eles eluem os ligandos putativos e s\u00e3o submetidos a uma an\u00e1lise do sistema LC -MS (cromatografia l\u00edquida e espectrometria de massa).
