Este ac\u00famulo s\u00f3 poderia ter acontecido se genes essenciais para a autofagia estivessem inativos. Assim, Ohsumi come\u00e7ou a manipular as c\u00e9lulas para v\u00e1rias muta\u00e7\u00f5es de genes e conseguiu induzir a autofagia.<\/p>\n
