Como pesquisadores, sentimos a dor de querer ler um artigo e n\u00e3o ter livre acesso a ele. Apesar de muitas universidades fornecerem plataformas abertas, ainda existe um mercado pirata para informa\u00e7\u00f5es cient\u00edficas.<\/p>\n<p>Comprar trabalhos cient\u00edficos pode n\u00e3o parecer t\u00e3o estranho quando levamos em conta que se trata de um trabalho. Trata-se de um produto final desenvolvido por um grupo de pesquisadores durante anos de estudo. No entanto, a id\u00e9ia de cobrar por informa\u00e7\u00f5es contradiz o prop\u00f3sito de fazer e comunicar a ci\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>Por esta raz\u00e3o, muitos pa\u00edses mudaram suas pol\u00edticas nos \u00faltimos anos e se adaptaram ao processo de acesso aberto. A quest\u00e3o \u00e9 que ainda existem muitas plataformas cient\u00edficas influentes que n\u00e3o concordam em aderir a um formato mais livre. Na verdade, n\u00e3o apenas alguns pa\u00edses eram contra a id\u00e9ia de acesso aberto, mas continentes inteiros como a Europa n\u00e3o aderiram a esta l\u00f3gica at\u00e9 os dias de hoje.<br \/>\nEm 27 de maio, a Presid\u00eancia holandesa da UE de 2016 fez um <a href=\"http:\/\/english.eu2016.nl\/documents\/press-releases\/2016\/05\/27\/all-european-scientific-articles-to-be-freely-accessible-by-2020\">an\u00fancio sobre a Europa<\/a> mudando sua opini\u00e3o sobre o acesso aberto:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\"Todos os artigos cient\u00edficos na Europa devem ser de livre acesso a partir de 2020. Por um lado, \u00e9 surpreendente ver os pa\u00edses tradicionais progredir na comunica\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica. No entanto, h\u00e1 uma grande cr\u00edtica em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 propor\u00e7\u00e3o deste an\u00fancio. O argumento \u00e9 que outros pa\u00edses mudaram o acesso \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica no passado e a Europa s\u00f3 est\u00e1 fazendo o que deveria ter feito anos atr\u00e1s.
