Os pesquisadores dizem o contr\u00e1rio.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um grupo de pesquisadores analisou os efeitos da sesta atrav\u00e9s da varia\u00e7\u00e3o gen\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seu estudo consistiu em compreender a varia\u00e7\u00e3o gen\u00e9tica de diferentes indiv\u00edduos atrav\u00e9s de sua prefer\u00eancia pela dura\u00e7\u00e3o e prefer\u00eancias da sesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atualmente, o estudo da associa\u00e7\u00e3o de todo o genoma descobriu cerca de sete loci gen\u00e9ticos que correspondem \u00e0 hora da sesta durante o dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os pesquisadores utilizaram os participantes do Biobank brit\u00e2nico de ascend\u00eancia europ\u00e9ia (n=452.633), dos quais cerca de 38,2% foram respons\u00e1veis pela sesta \u00e0s vezes, e 5,3% dos participantes sempre foram respons\u00e1veis pela sesta durante o dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essas sestas quase sempre foram os homens mais velhos com IMC ou \u00edndice de massa corporal elevados, foram diagnosticados com dist\u00farbios do sono, fumantes ou aposentados. Eles conduziram um estudo de associa\u00e7\u00e3o de genoma (GWAS) com variantes gen\u00e9ticas de alta qualidade atribu\u00eddas, cobrindo cerca de quatro participantes lakh.
