{"id":11998,"date":"2020-12-07T10:07:19","date_gmt":"2020-12-07T12:07:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/?p=11998"},"modified":"2023-01-05T14:32:34","modified_gmt":"2023-01-05T17:32:34","slug":"new-era-for-cnt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/pt\/new-era-for-cnt\/","title":{"rendered":"Nova Era para CNTs: Uma Nova Abordagem para o Crescimento das Florestas de CNT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Os nanotubos de carbono (CNT) s\u00e3o alotr\u00f3podes de carbono cil\u00edndricos em forma de favo de mel com nano di\u00e2metro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e1 in\u00fameras propriedades dos CNTs como resist\u00eancia mec\u00e2nica, elasticidade, leveza, condutividade el\u00e9trica e t\u00e9rmica, o que o torna o material mais promissor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muitas ind\u00fastrias incluem eletr\u00f4nica, medicina, armazenamento de energia, sensores e muitas outras est\u00e3o utilizando CNTs em grande n\u00famero. A crescente demanda tem colocado uma press\u00e3o constante no aumento da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de CNTs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta produ\u00e7\u00e3o em larga escala de CNTs se tornou o principal desafio que dificulta suas aplica\u00e7\u00f5es.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfrentar o desafio :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalmente, os cientistas preferem cultivar as florestas de CNT em vez de cultiv\u00e1-las individualmente.  As florestas de CNT s\u00e3o matrizes de CNT verticalmente alinhadas que s\u00e3o auto-montadas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isto \u00e9 normalmente realizado atrav\u00e9s do processo de deposi\u00e7\u00e3o de vapor qu\u00edmico na presen\u00e7a de um catalisador fixo em um substrato que mais tarde \u00e9 separado da floresta CNT a fim de produzir material de alta pureza. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Embora este processo ofere\u00e7a uma abund\u00e2ncia de m\u00e9ritos, a \u00fanica grande quest\u00e3o enfrentada \u00e9 a dura\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At\u00e9 agora, os pesquisadores conseguiram cultivar a floresta de CNT at\u00e9 2 cm usando catalisadores como o ferro (Fe) sobre suporte de \u00f3xido de alum\u00ednio (Al2O3) (o comprimento dos CNTs desempenha um papel vital quando se trata de suas propriedades, portanto, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio considerar este aspecto). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isto afeta seu valor industrial ao limitar o fornecimento e aumentar o custo do material.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Houve uma descoberta revolucion\u00e1ria que mudou totalmente o jogo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recentemente uma equipe de cientistas do Jap\u00e3o registrou o comprimento da floresta CNT at\u00e9 14 cm atrav\u00e9s de uma nova abordagem. Seu estudo foi publicado recentemente em Carbono.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hisashi Sugime, professor assistente da Universidade de Waseda, e sua equipe descobriram que os CNTs pararam de crescer devido \u00e0 mudan\u00e7a estrutural gradual do catalisador (Fe-Al2Ox) que era usado anteriormente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Basicamente, a densidade dos CNTs, que depende do n\u00famero de catalisadores ativos, \u00e9 insuficiente para manter uma estrutura auto-sustent\u00e1vel, o crescimento da floresta termina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portanto, o catalisador utilizado deve permanecer estruturalmente e quimicamente est\u00e1vel.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A abordagem deles foi mudar a t\u00e9cnica para suprimir esta instabilidade. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conseguiram isso adicionando a camada de gadol\u00ednio (Gd) ao catalisador anterior revestido com um substrato de sil\u00edcio do tipo n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A camada de gadol\u00ednio ajudou a evitar a deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o do catalisador e, por sua vez, permitiu que a floresta de CNT crescesse 5cm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, para alcan\u00e7ar o comprimento desejado, eles mantiveram o catalisador em uma c\u00e2mara chamada c\u00e2mara de deposi\u00e7\u00e3o de vapor qu\u00edmico a g\u00e1s frio (CVD). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O catalisador foi pr\u00e9-tratado mantendo a temperatura de at\u00e9 750\u00b0C e fornecendo pequenas concentra\u00e7\u00f5es de vapores de Fe e Al \u00e0 temperatura ambiente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isto ajudou a manter a estrutura catalisadora por at\u00e9 26 horas o que, por sua vez, promoveu o crescimento da floresta CNT. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s an\u00e1lises cuidadosas, eles puderam registrar com sucesso o comprimento da floresta CNT em 14 cm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este not\u00e1vel progresso ampliou os aspectos de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o das CNTs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pode mudar a abordagem da nanotecnologia e da nanoci\u00eancia para futuras pesquisas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ler o artigo de pesquisa completo publicado, consulte o DOI abaixo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refer\u00eancia :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hisashi Sugime, Toshihiro Sato, Rei Nakagawa, Tatsuhiro Hayashi, Yoku Inoue, Suguru Noda.
