Een van de belangrijkste is dat een onderzoek reproduceerbaar moet zijn. Dat betekent dat elke wetenschapper, waar dan ook, de stappen in een onderzoek moet kunnen volgen en exact hetzelfde resultaat moet kunnen verkrijgen.<\/p>\n<p>Het klinkt misschien als de basis van de publicatiemethode, maar dit heeft veel mensen beziggehouden. De hele discussie gaat over de vraag hoe duurzaam onze methode is om dagelijks duizenden nieuwe studies te publiceren en hoe we de juistheid daarvan bijhouden. Waarschijnlijk niet veel. Ook al willen wij als wetenschappers allemaal uitstekende bevindingen doen, we weten hoe moeilijk het is om geld te krijgen voor een onderzoek als het niet aansluit bij wat op dit moment trending en interessant is voor de wetenschap.<\/p>\n<p>Laten we ons voorstellen dat we alle bestaande onderzoeken kunnen reproduceren. Hoeveel daarvan zouden volgens u hetzelfde resultaat opleveren als het origineel? We kunnen ons enorm inspannen om geweldige studies af te leveren. Maar we weten dat we allemaal fouten maken.
