De enige manier om ze te isoleren is het analyseren van een groot aantal mensen gedurende een lange periode, bijvoorbeeld tientallen jaren.<\/p>\n<p>Tenslotte hebben we <a href=\"http:\/\/circ.ahajournals.org\/content\/early\/2015\/11\/10\/CIRCULATIONAHA.115.017341.full.pdf+html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dit soort studie voor koffie<\/a>en met heel goed nieuws voor degenen die niet zonder de warme drank kunnen: als je er veel van drinkt, kun je langer leven.<\/p>\n<p>De consumptie van maximaal 5 kopjes koffie verlaagt het risico op vroegtijdig overlijden met 15% in vergelijking met mensen die het niet drinken.
