Van het lezen van bijgewerkte onderzoekspapers tot het publiceren van je onderzoek, je komt vaak tijd tekort, hoe hard je ook werkt.<br>Maar continu werken kan je een burn-out bezorgen en een tol eisen op je geestelijke gezondheid.
