Er zijn echter verschillende gewoonten die ons kunnen helpen onze immuniteit te verhogen en ons zo veiliger te houden in tijden van een Covid19 pandemie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We hebben dus 5 tips gescheiden, volgens <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">WHO<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dat kan helpen om je immuunsysteem te verbeteren:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GOED SLAPEN<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ongeacht of u zes, acht of zelfs tien uur per dag slaapt, de kwaliteit van uw slaap is van cruciaal belang voor uw gezondheid. Als je niet goed slaapt, rust je lichaam niet uit en kan het zich niet herstellen voor de volgende dag.
