Voksne skiller ut mellom 800 og 2 000 milliliter (27 til 68 ounces) v\u00e6ske per dag. Disse dataene er basert p\u00e5 et typisk daglig v\u00e6skeinntak p\u00e5 2 liter, if\u00f8lge National Institutes of Health (NIH). I tillegg er det andre faktorer som p\u00e5virker urinveiene, blant annet v\u00e6sketap gjennom svette og pust. I tillegg kan visse typer medisiner, for eksempel vanndrivende midler som noen ganger brukes til \u00e5 behandle h\u00f8yt blodtrykk, ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5virke mengden urin en person produserer og skiller ut. These organs are&nbsp;kidneys, ureters, bladder and urethra. However, in this post I&#8217;ll focus on the kidneys,&nbsp; since they are responsible for urine&nbsp;production. Nefronet er nyrens strukturelle og funksjonelle enhet. Hver nyre hos voksne mennesker inneholder rundt 1 million nefroner. Nyrene deltar i kontrollen av volumet av ulike kroppsv\u00e6sker, v\u00e6skens osmolalitet, syre-base-balansen, ulike elektrolyttkonsentrasjoner og fjerning av giftstoffer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-1 wp-block-buttons\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link\" href=\"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/science_figures\">Lag effektive vitenskapelige figurer p\u00e5 f\u00e5 minutter<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Sykdommer i urinveiene&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Megauretere<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En megaureter (\"stor urinleder\") er n\u00e5r urinlederen er bredere enn normalt. Dette kan skyldes en abnormitet i selve urinlederen (prim\u00e6r) eller at bl\u00e6ren er blokkert (sekund\u00e6r). De ulike typene megauretere er beskrevet nedenfor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prim\u00e6rt obstruert megaureter<\/strong><br> Denne typen er n\u00e5r urinlederen er for tynn der den kommer inn i bl\u00e6ren. Denne blokkeringen f\u00f8rer til at urinlederen blir bredere lenger opp. Fortrengningen kan skade nyrene over tid. Problemet kan l\u00f8ses ved hjelp av kirurgi. Det er viktig \u00e5 f\u00f8lge opp hos helsepersonell selv om symptomene blir bedre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sekund\u00e6re Megauretere<\/strong><br>\nDette er megauretere som dukker opp som et resultat av andre helseproblemer. N\u00e5r nyrene er skadet, kan det derfor hende at de ikke fungerer s\u00e5 godt som de burde. Hvis skaden fortsetter \u00e5 forverres, kan pasienten utvikle kronisk nyresykdom. Kronisk nyresykdom skader nefronene langsomt over flere \u00e5r. Dessuten er nyresvikt det siste (alvorligste) stadiet av kronisk nyresykdom. Dette er grunnen til at nyresvikt ogs\u00e5 kalles nyresykdom i sluttstadiet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De fleste sykdommer i urinveiene angriper nefronene. Denne skaden kan f\u00f8re til at nyrene ikke klarer \u00e5 fjerne avfallsstoffer. \u00c5rsakene kan v\u00e6re genetiske problemer, skader eller medisiner.
