Et slektstre kan baseres p\u00e5 s\u00e5 \u00e5 si hvilken som helst egenskap forskeren \u00f8nsker. I dag er det imidlertid DNA som brukes mest.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5r vi tenker p\u00e5 DNA, tenker vi p\u00e5 dyr, planter, bakterier, sopp og andre grupper som er ganske velkjente i vitenskapen. Men hva om andre ting ogs\u00e5 kunne ha DNA? La oss si at stjerner ogs\u00e5 kunne analyseres ved hjelp av sitt eget DNA og til og med f\u00e5 et eget slektstre.<\/p>\n<p>Denne diskusjonen har startet med to forskere: en astronom og en biolog. Astronomen, <a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/mnras\/article\/2966869\/Cosmic\">\u00a0Dr. Paula Jofr\u00e9 fra University of Cambridge<\/a>fikk den fantastiske ideen om \u00e5 analysere stjerner p\u00e5 samme m\u00e5te som biologer gj\u00f8r med dyrearter og bygge opp stjernenes slektstre i Milj\u00f8ruten.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Astronomer har laget et slektstre for stjernene i galaksen v\u00e5r\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/HZq1dLuhjMg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Dr. Paula Jofr\u00e9 og teamet hennes plukket ut 22 stjerner (inkludert solen) og studerte kjemikaliene de er laget av, alderen deres og bevegelsene deres. Da alt dette var samlet inn, oppdaget de tre hovedgrener som stjernene kunne deles inn i.<\/p>\n<p>Men hva har DNA med alt dette \u00e5 gj\u00f8re?<\/p>\n<p>Stjerner som er f\u00f8dt i samme gassky, har liknende sammensetning. Denne sammensetningen kalles \"stjerne-DNA\". Siden noen av stjernene som ble analysert, ikke hadde stjerne-DNA som lignet p\u00e5 de tre grenene som ble oppdaget, er det mulig at noen av stjernene kom fra en annen galakse. Especially if we take into account that Dr. Paula Jofr\u00e9 only analysed 22 stars from 100 billion stars that exist in our galaxy. So yes, further research is in order to start making assumptions.<\/p>\n<p>However, the message we get from this research is loud and clear: don&#8217;t be afraid to learn from different studying fields. Maybe the solution to your problems or simply a better way to look at things can be right next to you.
