Det er ikke lenger balanse mellom arbeid og privatliv (i tilfelle det noen gang har v\u00e6rt det), administratorer ser ut til \u00e5 mangle medf\u00f8lelse og forst\u00e5else, og penger ser ut til \u00e5 ha forrang, s\u00e5 mange i feltet f\u00f8ler seg motl\u00f8se, s\u00e5ret og \u00f8nsker seg noe annet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mange forskere sier at pandemien har tvunget dem til \u00e5 revurdere karriere og livsstil. Fra hele USA rapporteres det om at folk i alle bransjer er slitne n\u00e5r universitetene stadig \u00f8ker i tempo, men at de ogs\u00e5 forventer mer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Covid-19 skapte uforutsette vanskeligheter som man ikke hadde forventet f\u00f8r pandemien, inkludert h\u00e5ndtering av utbruddet, mangel p\u00e5 personell, utvidede ansvarsomr\u00e5der og kutt i budsjettene.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mange arbeidstakere er slitne, og mange er p\u00e5 utkikk etter nye alternativer. Det kreves en praktisk og effektiv l\u00f8sning p\u00e5 disse reelle problemene. Det er behov for en radikal endring av h\u00f8yere utdanningsinstitusjoner.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En omlegging er n\u00f8dvendig.<\/strong> Med andre ord en handling av medf\u00f8lelse.
