Det er sv\u00e6rt vanlig hos mange arter, fra fluer til pattedyr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Napping er ogs\u00e5 forbundet med \u00f8kt \u00e5rv\u00e5kenhet, noe som er viktig for dem som jobber sent p\u00e5 kvelden eller som vanligvis er i s\u00f8vnunderskudd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Det sies ogs\u00e5 at det forbedrer prestasjonsevnen, hukommelsen og lindrer stress. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Men bortsett fra disse fordelene kan de langsiktige konsekvensene av \u00e5 ta en lur v\u00e6re kroniske for individets velv\u00e6re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selv om dette er et kontroversielt tema, og \u00e5rsaken kan skyldes flere faktorer som er forbundet med napping, som utilstrekkelig s\u00f8vnsyklus, d\u00e5rlig kosthold eller d\u00e5rlig helse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Er hviletiden p\u00e5 dagtid din happy hour? Forskere sier noe annet.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En gruppe forskere analyserte effekten av \u00e5 ta en lur gjennom genetisk variasjon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studien deres gikk ut p\u00e5 \u00e5 forst\u00e5 den genetiske variasjonen hos ulike individer gjennom deres preferanser for varighet og preferanser n\u00e5r det gjelder s\u00f8vn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forel\u00f8pig har den genomomfattende assosiasjonsstudien avdekket rundt sju genetiske loci som korresponderer med tiden det tar \u00e5 ta en lur i l\u00f8pet av dagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forskerne brukte UK Biobank-deltakere av europeisk herkomst (n=452 633), hvorav 38,2% av deltakerne svarte at de tok en lur av og til, og 5,3% av deltakerne svarte at de alltid tok en lur i l\u00f8pet av dagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De som tok en lur, var nesten alltid eldre menn med h\u00f8y BMI eller kroppsmasseindeks, hadde f\u00e5tt diagnosen s\u00f8vnforstyrrelser, var r\u00f8ykere eller pensjonister. De gjennomf\u00f8rte en genomomfattende assosiasjonsstudie (GWAS) med genetiske varianter av h\u00f8y kvalitet p\u00e5 rundt fire lakh deltakere. Dette ble gjort ved \u00e5 endre de ulike faktorene som var funnet tidligere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De identifiserte 123 genetiske loci med en arvelighet basert p\u00e5 enkeltnukleotidpolymorfisme p\u00e5 ca. 11,9%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De begrenset GWAS-unders\u00f8kelsen til personer med h\u00f8yere BMI.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det viste seg at av 123 loci ble 110 holdt tilbake i genomomfattende signifikans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">De analyserte ogs\u00e5 forskjellen i s\u00f8vnm\u00f8nsteret hos de ulike kj\u00f8nnene i tilknytning til X-kromosomet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I tillegg konkluderte de ogs\u00e5 med hvilke gener som var ansvarlige for fedmehypersomnolens: <em>PNOC (prepronociceptin), <\/em>og <em>PATJ (smulecellepolaritetskomponent).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I tillegg viste uttrykket av FADS1-genet (fettsyredesaturase) som var kolonisert, en pleiotropisk effekt av lipidmetabolismen p\u00e5 s\u00f8vnm\u00f8nsteret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De andre korrelasjonene ble oppfattet i forhold til den genomomfattende genetikken sammen med egenskaper som glykemisk indeks, antropometrisk indeks og kardiometabolsk indeks, hvorav mange korrelasjoner ble redusert etter at det ble tatt hensyn til BMI.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I tillegg er det slik at poengsummen som ble analysert av den fenomomfattende assosiasjonen ved hjelp av det genomomfattende polygenet, bidro til korrelasjonen av sykdommer relatert til fedme, h\u00f8yt blodtrykk og, viktigst av alt, ogs\u00e5 visse kardiometabolske sykdommer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konklusjonen er at funnene deres er en \u00f8ye\u00e5pner. Noen ganger er det slike vaner som f\u00f8rer til flere u\u00f8nskede komplikasjoner i kroppen v\u00e5r.
