det er koblet til en rekke ulike signalkaskader fra andre systemer i kroppen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er tre hovedkomponenter som utgj\u00f8r ES - ES <strong>cannabinoidreseptorer<\/strong>, <strong>endogenous cannabinoids<\/strong>, og <strong>enzymer<\/strong> ansvarlig for syntese og nedbrytning av endocannabinoide molekyler. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den <strong>endogene cannabinoider er<\/strong> a type of molecules produced by our body, and it is found also in nature being the Cannabis plant one example. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det finnes tre ulike molekyler som vitenskapen i dag vet kan trigge cannabinoidreseptorer - 2-AG og anandamid (AEA), som er kortnavnene for henholdsvis 2-arakidonoylglyserol og N-arakidonoyletanolamin, begge klassifisert som endogene cannabinoider med lipidlignende strukturer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The third one, called N-Arachidonoyl dopamine or just NADA, is also a lipid structure and interacts too with cannabinoid receptors<strong>.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first two are capable of bounding and activate several signaling pathways of G-proteins coupled-receptors, ion channels, and nuclear receptors \u2013 being the last one responsible for detecting steroid and thyroid hormones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I tillegg til likhetene i molekylstruktur, <strong>2-AG <\/strong>og <strong>anandamid<\/strong> spiller forskjellige roller i <strong>ES,<\/strong> har distinkte biokjemiske sykluser i kroppen - i avhengighet<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ingentaconnect.com\/content\/ben\/cpd\/2012\/00000018\/00000032\/art00029\"> I 2012 ble det publisert en artikkel om anandamids rolle ved schizofreni.<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/endogenous-cannabinoids.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/endogenous-cannabinoids-1024x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12137\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/endogenous-cannabinoids-1024x1024.png 1024w, https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/endogenous-cannabinoids-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/endogenous-cannabinoids-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/endogenous-cannabinoids-768x768.png 768w, https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/endogenous-cannabinoids-1536x1536.png 1536w, https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/endogenous-cannabinoids.png 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Flere studier har vist at endogene cannabinoider syntetiseres av kroppen etter behov, med andre ord \"on demand\". <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dette betyr at vi ikke syntetiserer endogene cannabinoider hele tiden, de flyter ikke rundt i blodoml\u00f8pet og venter p\u00e5 \u00e5 bli tilkalt, de syntetiseres p\u00e5 et bestemt sted n\u00e5r det er behov for dem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De to <strong>cannabinoidreseptorer<\/strong> kjent i dag,<strong> CB1<\/strong> og <strong>CB2<\/strong> er begge G-proteinkoblede reseptorer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reseptorene har ulik funksjonalitet, de har evnen til \u00e5 samhandle med ulike molekyler og aktivere ulike signalveier, og dette kan resultere i spesifikke eller avvikende biologiske effekter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De fleste CB1-reseptorene finnes i sentralnervesystemet, men de kan ogs\u00e5 finnes i organer som lever, hud og fettvev. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I nervesystemet er CB1 observert i flere synaptiske terminaler og spiller en viktig rolle i moduleringen av synaptisk overf\u00f8ring. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denne reseptoren har ogs\u00e5 en egenskap som gj\u00f8r at den heterodimeriserer - det vil si binder seg til ulike strukturer av seg selv - med andre G-proteinkoblede reseptorer, som dopamin D2-, hypokretin- og opioidreseptorer. Noen f\u00e5 studier har faktisk vist<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/14706563\/\"> at cannabis hjelper mot smerter og reduserer dosene av opioider.<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CB2 receptors are abundant in immune system cells, and despite being expressed<s> <\/s>i mye lavere niv\u00e5er enn CB1, men CB2 finnes ogs\u00e5 i nerveceller. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denne reseptoren finnes i ulike organer som lever, milt, bukspyttkjertel, tykktarm og bein. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forskere beskriver aktivering av CB2-reseptoren som en anti-inflammatorisk faktor i betennelsesscenarier.
