I say that as a researcher too. Our intention is to be able to help the society with our discoveries! Okay, but what does visual and communication science have to do with it? Easy, I&#8217;ll get there.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Okay, so if our intention is to make our research reach more people, inside and outside (often) the academic world, it is important that others can understand our analyzes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00c5TER \u00c5 KOMMUNISERE P\u00c5<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If we look at different ways of communicating a thesis, an article, a publication in general, we can find some ways, such as:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">video<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">visuell<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tekst<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lydstykke<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det vanligste, spesielt i akademiske milj\u00f8er, er imidlertid at forskningen formidles i tekstform. Det kan v\u00e6re riktig, men det er ofte ikke den mest effektive m\u00e5ten \u00e5 tiltrekke seg oppmerksomhet p\u00e5.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En av de mest effektive m\u00e5tene \u00e5 kommunisere vitenskap p\u00e5 i dag er faktisk gjennom det visuelle. Det vil si gjennom bilder, illustrasjoner og infografikk. Det er fordi infografikk, for eksempel, gj\u00f8r det mulig \u00e5 jobbe ikke bare med innholdet, men ogs\u00e5 med identifikasjon med leseren.
