Ecco perch\u00e9 l'American Medical Association (AMA) vuole vietare questo tipo di pubblicit\u00e0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solo gli Stati Uniti e la Nuova Zelanda consentono il marketing diretto al consumatore dei farmaci da prescrizione e non sar\u00e0 facile cambiare questa situazione, perch\u00e9 la quantit\u00e0 di denaro in gioco \u00e8 enorme. Nel 2012, il marketing diretto ai consumatori \u00e8 sceso a $3,47 miliardi, ma $24 miliardi sono stati spesi per promuovere i farmaci ai medici in molti modi, come pranzi gratuiti o corsi di formazione in ristoranti o resort di lusso. Si tratta di pratiche che sollevano molte questioni etiche, come \"il medico prescrive il farmaco migliore o quello prodotto da chi gli ha offerto una cena costosa\"?<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>3- Il marketing di Big Pharma sul web \u00e8 in aumento<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Che dire di Internet? Ovviamente c'\u00e8 una notevole quantit\u00e0 di denaro che si rivolge ai medici, soprattutto nelle comunit\u00e0 mediche attraverso i social media.
