Tuttavia, ci sono diverse abitudini che possono aiutarci ad aumentare le nostre difese immunitarie e quindi a mantenerci pi\u00f9 al sicuro in caso di pandemia di Covid19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abbiamo quindi separato 5 consigli, in base a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OMS<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">che possono contribuire a migliorare il sistema immunitario:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DORMIRE BENE<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indipendentemente dal fatto che si dorma sei, otto o addirittura dieci ore al giorno, la qualit\u00e0 del sonno \u00e8 fondamentale per la salute. Se non dormite bene, il vostro corpo non si riposa e non pu\u00f2 recuperare per il giorno successivo. Per questo motivo, \u00e8 bene prestare attenzione a sintomi quali: insonnia, stanchezza al mattino e sonno non continuo, sono segnali che indicano la necessit\u00e0 di rivolgersi a un medico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DIETA ED ESERCIZI FISICI<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Questo argomento \u00e8 e sar\u00e0 sempre una combinazione, per mantenerci in salute, una dieta equilibrata insieme a una costante routine di esercizio fisico (senza esagerare) ci aiutano nella nostra vita quotidiana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RIDURRE L'ALCOOL<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Secondo il<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.euro.who.int\/en\/health-topics\/disease-prevention\/alcohol-use\/news\/news\/2020\/04\/alcohol-does-not-protect-against-covid-19-access-should-be-restricted-during-lockdown\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> OMS<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il consumo di alcol, soprattutto in questo periodo di pandemia, pu\u00f2 danneggiare la salute. Non disponiamo di tutte le difese immunitarie necessarie, quindi avere i vaccini aggiornati \u00e8 importante per prevenire altri tipi di malattie.
