Dia adalah mahasiswa Ph.D. di Fakultas Pertanian, Pangan dan Lingkungan di Universitas Ibrani Yerusalem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kertas barunya&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/330976296_Optimized_Small-Molecule_Pull-Downs_Define_MLBP1_as_an_Acyl-Lipid-Binding_Protein\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pull-Down Molekul Kecil yang Dioptimalkan Mendefinisikan MLBP1 sebagai Protein Pengikat Asil-Lipid<\/a><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>menyoroti interaksi protein-metabolit pada tanaman, dengan fokus pada reseptor asam absisat (ABA). Selain itu, ini adalah kandidat bahan kimia pertanian.  ABA pertama kali ditemukan pada tahun 1960-an. Setelah itu, ABA ditemukan sebagai pengatur utama dari beragam proses seperti dormansi, perkecambahan, pengembangan benih, dan respons terhadap stres biotik dan abiotik.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Peristiwa paling awal yang melibatkan jalur pensinyalan ABA melibatkan pengikatan ABA pada reseptor PYR\/PYL\/RCARs. Reseptor-reseptor tersebut termasuk dalam superfamili domain START.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Domain protein START adalah domain pengikat lipid yang ada dalam genom bakteri, protista, ragi, tanaman, dan hewan. Namun, mereka lebih umum ditemukan pada tanaman. Menurut<a href=\"https:\/\/genomebiology.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1186\/gb-2004-5-6-r41\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Schrick<\/a>Kehadiran domain START pada spesies yang secara evolusioner jauh seperti hewan dan tumbuhan menunjukkan adanya mekanisme yang terkonservasi untuk interaksi protein dengan lipid\/sterol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Makalah ini diterbitkan di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/30735592\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jurnal Tanaman<\/a> berfokus pada reseptor ABA PYR\/PYL\/RCARs.  Para peneliti memutuskan untuk mengoptimalkan metode yang memungkinkan identifikasi domain START dan ligan protein yang terkait dengan domain START pada tanaman, karena<em>&nbsp;\"Ligan protein domain START sangat diperlukan untuk berfungsinya protein mereka baik pada hewan maupun tumbuhan, dan protein domain START tumbuhan terbukti terlibat dalam proses fisiologis yang penting\".<\/em><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Abstrak visual dari metodologi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Untuk menjelaskan metodologi mereka, para ilmuwan menciptakan sebuah infografis dengan menggunakan ilustrasi grafik. Infografis ini sangat menarik dan lebih mudah dipahami.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Infografik di bawah ini menunjukkan alur kerja eksperimental.
