{"id":11998,"date":"2020-12-07T10:07:19","date_gmt":"2020-12-07T12:07:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/?p=11998"},"modified":"2023-01-05T14:32:34","modified_gmt":"2023-01-05T17:32:34","slug":"new-era-for-cnt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/id\/era-baru-untuk-cnt\/","title":{"rendered":"Era Baru untuk CNT: Pendekatan Baru untuk Menumbuhkan Hutan CNT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Carbon nanotube (CNT) adalah alotrop karbon yang berbentuk sarang lebah berbentuk silinder dengan diameter nano. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ada banyak sifat CNT seperti kekuatan mekanik, elastisitas, ringan, konduktivitas listrik dan termal yang membuatnya menjadi bahan yang paling menjanjikan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Banyak industri termasuk elektronik, obat-obatan, penyimpanan energi, sensor, dan masih banyak lagi yang memanfaatkan CNT dalam jumlah besar. Meningkatnya permintaan telah memberikan tekanan konstan pada peningkatan produksi CNT. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Produksi CNT dalam skala besar ini telah menjadi tantangan utama yang menghambat aplikasinya.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mengatasi Tantangan :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Biasanya, para Ilmuwan lebih suka menumbuhkan hutan CNT daripada menumbuhkannya secara individual.  Hutan CNT adalah susunan CNT yang disejajarkan secara vertikal yang dirakit sendiri. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hal ini biasanya dilakukan melalui proses pengendapan uap kimia dengan adanya katalis tetap pada substrat yang kemudian dipisahkan dari hutan CNT untuk menghasilkan bahan dengan kemurnian tinggi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meskipun proses ini menawarkan banyak sekali manfaat, namun satu-satunya masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah waktu yang dibutuhkan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hingga saat ini para peneliti telah mampu menumbuhkan hutan CNT hingga 2 cm dengan menggunakan katalis seperti besi (Fe) pada penyangga aluminium oksida (Al2O3) (panjang CNT memainkan peran penting dalam hal sifat-sifatnya, oleh karena itu perlu mempertimbangkan aspek ini). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hal ini memengaruhi nilai industrinya dengan membatasi pasokan dan meningkatkan biaya material.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ada sebuah penemuan revolusioner yang telah mengubah permainan secara total. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Baru-baru ini sebuah tim ilmuwan dari Jepang telah mencatat panjang hutan CNT hingga 14 cm melalui pendekatan baru. Studi mereka telah dipublikasikan di Carbon baru-baru ini.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hisashi Sugime, Asisten Profesor di Universitas Waseda, dan timnya menemukan bahwa CNT berhenti tumbuh karena adanya perubahan struktur secara bertahap pada katalis (Fe-Al2Ox) yang digunakan sebelumnya. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada dasarnya, kepadatan CNT, yang bergantung pada jumlah katalis aktif, tidak cukup untuk mempertahankan struktur mandiri, pertumbuhan hutan berhenti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oleh karena itu, katalis yang digunakan harus tetap stabil secara struktural dan kimiawi.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendekatan mereka adalah mengubah teknik untuk menekan ketidakstabilan ini. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mereka mencapainya dengan menambahkan lapisan gadolinium (Gd) ke katalis sebelumnya yang dilapisi dengan substrat silikon tipe-n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lapisan Gadolinium membantu mencegah katalis memburuk dan pada gilirannya memungkinkan hutan CNT tumbuh sebesar 5cm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selanjutnya, untuk mencapai panjang yang diinginkan, mereka menyimpan katalis dalam ruang yang disebut ruang deposisi uap kimia gas dingin (CVD). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Katalis diperlakukan sebelumnya dengan mempertahankan suhu hingga 750\u00b0C dan memberikan konsentrasi kecil uap Fe dan Al pada suhu kamar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hal ini membantu mempertahankan struktur katalis hingga 26 jam yang pada gilirannya mendorong pertumbuhan hutan CNT. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Setelah melakukan analisis yang cermat, mereka berhasil mencatat panjang hutan CNT sebesar 14 cm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pencapaian mereka telah menetapkan cakrawala baru bagi industri yang sedang berkembang, kemajuan yang luar biasa ini telah memperluas aspek aplikasi CNT. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hal ini dapat mengubah pendekatan nanoteknologi dan sains nano untuk penelitian di masa depan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk membaca artikel penelitian lengkap yang diterbitkan, lihat DOI di bawah ini.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Referensi :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hisashi Sugime, Toshihiro Sato, Rei Nakagawa, Tatsuhiro Hayashi, Yoku Inoue, Suguru Noda.
