Fontos azonban megjegyezni, hogy ugyanezek a fejleszt\u00e9sek m\u00e1soknak is \u00e1rthatnak, vagy m\u00e1sfajta etikai bizonytalans\u00e1gokat vethetnek fel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00daj kih\u00edv\u00e1sok mer\u00fclnek fel, amint a kezel\u00e9seket vagy gy\u00f3gyszereket klinikai vizsg\u00e1latokban emberi alanyokon tesztelik, p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul az etikai megfelel\u00e9s \u00e9s az alanyok biztons\u00e1g\u00e1nak biztos\u00edt\u00e1sa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A gyakorlatban ezen \u00faj megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9sek k\u00f6z\u00fcl n\u00e9h\u00e1ny v\u00e9g\u00fcl kiker\u00fcl a cs\u0151vezet\u00e9kb\u0151l, ami megk\u00f6veteli, hogy az egy\u00e9nek, csal\u00e1dtagjaik \u00e9s az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi szakemberek felm\u00e9rj\u00e9k a kock\u00e1zatokat \u00e9s m\u00e9rlegelj\u00e9k az el\u0151ny\u00f6ket. Ez\u00e9rt l\u00e9tezik a bioetika. Az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g- \u00e9s tudom\u00e1nypolitika, az \u00e9lettudom\u00e1nyok \u00e9s az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi ell\u00e1t\u00e1s tekinthet\u0151 a bioetika, egy mindent \u00e1tfog\u00f3 tudom\u00e1nyter\u00fclet alapj\u00e1nak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong><strong><strong>Mi a bioetika?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A bioetika a biomedicina \u00e9s a biomedicin\u00e1lis kutat\u00e1s sor\u00e1n felmer\u00fcl\u0151 etikai, t\u00e1rsadalmi \u00e9s jogi k\u00e9rd\u00e9sek tanulm\u00e1nyoz\u00e1sa. A bioetika egyes r\u00e9szeit meg kell magyar\u00e1zni. Az etika az ellent\u00e9tes elvek k\u00f6z\u00f6tti konfliktusok azonos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra, tanulm\u00e1nyoz\u00e1s\u00e1ra \u00e9s megold\u00e1s\u00e1ra vagy enyh\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re utal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Id\u0151tlen etikai k\u00e9rd\u00e9s: \"Hogyan kell cselekedn\u00fcnk, ha mindent figyelembe vesz\u00fcnk? A \"bio\" kifejez\u00e9s ezt az etikai k\u00e9rd\u00e9st egy biol\u00f3giai int\u00e9zm\u00e9ny kontextus\u00e1ba helyezi. A tudom\u00e1nyos bioetikusok dolgozhatnak egyetemeken, k\u00f3rh\u00e1zakban vagy eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi k\u00f6zpontokban, korm\u00e1nyzati szervekn\u00e9l, mag\u00e1nv\u00e1llalatokn\u00e1l vagy alap\u00edtv\u00e1nyokn\u00e1l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong><strong>A kutat\u00e1sban az etika kiemelked\u0151 fontoss\u00e1g\u00fa<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A kutat\u00e1s etik\u00e1ja a kutat\u00e1s sor\u00e1n felmer\u00fcl\u0151 etikai agg\u00e1lyok vagy k\u00e9rd\u00e9sek sz\u00e9les k\u00f6r\u00e9t \u00f6leli fel, f\u00fcggetlen\u00fcl att\u00f3l, hogy a kutat\u00e1s embereket vagy \u00e1llatokat, klinikai kutat\u00e1st vagy alkalmazott tudom\u00e1nyt \u00e9rint.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A szab\u00e1lyoz\u00e1si keretek a legt\u00f6bb etikai k\u00e9rd\u00e9sre nem tudnak v\u00e1laszt adni. A fejl\u0151d\u0151 genetikai technol\u00f3gi\u00e1k k\u00f6vetkezt\u00e9ben \u00e9rt\u00e9kkonfliktusok mer\u00fclnek fel. A genomika kora \u00faj szintre emelte a bioetik\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gpolitika<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A k\u00f6zeg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi politik\u00e1k a korm\u00e1nyok \u00e1ltal az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi ell\u00e1t\u00e1s szab\u00e1lyoz\u00e1s\u00e1ra tett er\u0151fesz\u00edt\u00e9sek. Tekintettel az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgybe t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 hatalmas \u00e1llami befektet\u00e9sekre, a m\u00e9lt\u00e1nyoss\u00e1g az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gpolitika legfontosabb erk\u00f6lcsi \u00e9rt\u00e9ke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Neuroetika<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A neuroetik\u00e1ban a kutat\u00e1sokat rendszerezik, v\u00e9dik \u00e9s aj\u00e1nlj\u00e1k az eml\u00edtett agg\u00e1lyok megold\u00e1sa \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben. Sz\u00e1mos olyan t\u00e9ma van, amellyel ez a platform foglalkozhat, bele\u00e9rtve a neuroenergi\u00e1t jav\u00edt\u00f3 gy\u00f3gyszereket, a mem\u00f3ri\u00e1t tomp\u00edt\u00f3 elj\u00e1r\u00e1sokat, az idegprot\u00e9ziseket, a neurok\u00e9palkot\u00e1st \u00e9s a neurotechnol\u00f3gi\u00e1k k\u00f6r\u00fcli politikai k\u00e9rd\u00e9seket. Elm\u00e9leti \u00e9s reflekt\u00edv szempontb\u00f3l vizsg\u00e1lja, hogyan gondolkodunk \u00e9s b\u00e1nunk egym\u00e1ssal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Reprodukci\u00f3s etika<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A reprodukt\u00edv etika t\u00e9m\u00e1ja t\u00e1rsadalmi \u00e9s jogi vit\u00e1kat v\u00e1lt ki, \u00e9s szorosan kapcsol\u00f3dik a reprodukt\u00edv igazs\u00e1goss\u00e1g k\u00e9rd\u00e9s\u00e9hez. Sz\u00e1mos k\u00e9rd\u00e9ssel foglalkoznak ezen a ter\u00fcleten, t\u00f6bbek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt az assziszt\u00e1lt reprodukci\u00f3val, a b\u00e9ranyaszereppel, az ut\u00f3dok genetikai m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1val \u00e9s a term\u00e9kenys\u00e9g szab\u00e1lyoz\u00e1s\u00e1val (fogamz\u00e1sg\u00e1tl\u00e1s), a terhess\u00e9g megszak\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1val (abortusz), a kiskor\u00faakhoz val\u00f3 hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9ssel, valamint a gyermekek \u00e9s az any\u00e1k jogaival \u00e9s j\u00f3l\u00e9t\u00e9vel kapcsolatos \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos agg\u00e1lyokkal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>K\u00f6z\u00f6s d\u00f6nt\u00e9shozatal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Az orvosok tapasztalatukat a bizony\u00edt\u00e9kokon alapul\u00f3 ismeretekkel egy\u00fctt haszn\u00e1lj\u00e1k fel, hogy megalapozott d\u00f6nt\u00e9seket hozzanak a kezel\u00e9ssel kapcsolatban.
