Il convient de souligner les propos du cofondateur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/fabriciopamplona\/\">Fabricio Pamplona<\/a>\u00a0en mettant l'accent sur l'aspect empathique de la plateforme (voir ci-dessous).<\/p>\n<p>L'empathie est un point crucial dans le d\u00e9veloppement des produits mindthegraph depuis le d\u00e9but. Et cela s'est fait naturellement, car l'un des cofondateurs est lui-m\u00eame un scientifique. Fabricio avait suivi des initiatives telles que \"Article of the Future\" d'Elsevier et savait que les scientifiques se battent pour cr\u00e9er des figures et des pr\u00e9sentations pour repr\u00e9senter leur travail.<\/p>\n<p>Un article scientifique d\u00e9crit une recherche dans laquelle on a d\u00e9pens\u00e9, en moyenne, 30 000 \u00e0 100 000 USD, et toutes ces informations perspicaces (et co\u00fbteuses) sont cach\u00e9es derri\u00e8re un v\u00e9ritable mur de mots. Personne ne lit, personne ne cite, personne ne s'int\u00e9resse. C'est triste, n'est-ce pas ?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.economist.com\/science-and-technology\/2016\/06\/16\/graphic-details\">Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente de l'Economist<\/a> montre qu'un article ordinaire re\u00e7oit moins de 2 citations... Pourquoi est-ce important ? Parce qu'\u00eatre cit\u00e9 est synonyme de \"pertinence\" dans la communaut\u00e9 pour un chercheur. Nous avons donc commenc\u00e9 par faire ce que l'on appelle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ZdZH2V9Ni1Q\">\"validation par un concierge\" dans le processus de conception du produit<\/a>Nous r\u00e9pondons aux besoins des utilisateurs en leur fournissant un service qui leur permet de comprendre ce qu'ils pensent et ce qu'ils veulent vraiment. Faites-le \u00e0 MA FA\u00c7ON. Notre proposition de valeur est de d\u00e9m\u00ealer la science \u00e0 travers des liens visuels et cr\u00e9atifs et, fondamentalement, de fournir les outils et non les r\u00e9ponses.  C'est comme apprendre \u00e0 p\u00eacher, au lieu de fournir le poisson.
