En tant que chercheurs, nous ressentons la douleur de vouloir lire un article et de ne pas pouvoir y acc\u00e9der librement. M\u00eame si de nombreuses universit\u00e9s proposent des plates-formes ouvertes, il existe toujours un march\u00e9 pirate pour les informations scientifiques.<\/p>\n<p>Acheter des articles scientifiques peut ne pas sembler si \u00e9trange si l'on tient compte du fait qu'il s'agit d'un travail. Il s'agit d'un produit final \u00e9labor\u00e9 par un groupe de chercheurs au cours d'ann\u00e9es d'\u00e9tudes. N\u00e9anmoins, l'id\u00e9e de faire payer l'information est en contradiction avec l'objectif de faire et de communiquer la science.<\/p>\n<p>C'est pourquoi de nombreux pays ont chang\u00e9 de politique ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es et se sont adapt\u00e9s au processus de libre acc\u00e8s. Le fait est qu'il existe encore de nombreuses plateformes scientifiques influentes qui ne sont pas d'accord pour adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 un format plus libre. En fait, non seulement certains pays \u00e9taient contre l'id\u00e9e du libre acc\u00e8s, mais des continents entiers comme l'Europe n'ont pas adh\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 cette logique jusqu'\u00e0 aujourd'hui.<br \/>\nLe 27 mai, la pr\u00e9sidence n\u00e9erlandaise de l'UE de 2016 a fait une <a href=\"http:\/\/english.eu2016.nl\/documents\/press-releases\/2016\/05\/27\/all-european-scientific-articles-to-be-freely-accessible-by-2020\">annonce sur l'Europe<\/a> changer leur opinion sur le libre acc\u00e8s :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\"Tous les articles scientifiques en Europe doivent \u00eatre librement accessibles \u00e0 partir de 2020. Les \u00c9tats membres de l'UE veulent parvenir \u00e0 une r\u00e9utilisation optimale des donn\u00e9es de recherche. Ils envisagent \u00e9galement la cr\u00e9ation d'un visa europ\u00e9en pour les fondateurs de start-up \u00e9trangers. Et, selon le nouveau principe d'innovation, toute nouvelle l\u00e9gislation europ\u00e9enne doit tenir compte de son impact sur l'innovation. D'un c\u00f4t\u00e9, il est \u00e9tonnant de voir les pays traditionnels progresser dans la communication scientifique. Cependant, la proportion de cette annonce fait l'objet d'une critique majeure. L'argument est que d'autres pays ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 modifi\u00e9 l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l'information scientifique par le pass\u00e9 et que l'Europe ne fait que ce qu'elle aurait d\u00fb faire il y a des ann\u00e9es. Ce n'est pas grave.<\/p>\n<p>Ind\u00e9pendamment du conflit d'ego, il est passionnant de voir la communication scientifique progresser.
