Le fait de l'appeler infographie n'est pas non plus tr\u00e8s nouveau. Et pas n'importe qui. Des gens vraiment tr\u00e8s influents.<\/p>\n<p>En 2014, Nature a publi\u00e9 sur <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.nature.com\/ofschemesandmemes\/2014\/01\/20\/the-power-of-using-infographics-to-communicate-science\">leur blog<\/a>\u00a0sur la communication scientifique et sur le fait que c'est cool d'utiliser une infographie scientifique. Leur m\u00e9thode \u00e9tait simple : montrer que deux amis (la NASA et Scientific American) pensent aussi que les infographies scientifiques sont cool.<\/p>\n<p>Ils ont commenc\u00e9 le post avec un laur\u00e9at du prix Pulitzer, Gareth Cook, et son livre \"Best American Infographics 2013\".<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.mindthegraph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/BAInfographics.Cook_.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4974 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.mindthegraph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/BAInfographics.Cook_.jpg\" alt=\"infographie scientifique\" width=\"1139\" height=\"1500\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le livre prouve l'importance de l'infographie scientifique en montrant \u00e0 quel point elle peut \u00eatre accueillante.<br \/>\nDe la cartographie du bruit des oc\u00e9ans \u00e0 l'anatomie de la vitesse, les infographies sont un outil formidable pour se faire comprendre. Et lorsqu'il s'agit de science, c'est un outil naturel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\"La science est un domaine o\u00f9 les infographies sont particuli\u00e8rement utiles et puissantes (...) Notre qu\u00eate de compr\u00e9hension de l'espace en est un excellent exemple - avec des distances et des forces si grandes qu'il est difficile pour le commun des mortels de donner un sens \u00e0 ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couvert. Qu'est-ce que cela fait d'atterrir sur Mars ? Sommes-nous vraiment seuls dans la Voie lact\u00e9e ? Ce sont des questions qui demandent des r\u00e9ponses visuelles.\"<\/em> Gareth Cook<\/p>\n<p>Dans le livre de Cook, nous pouvons trouver un guide sur l'atterrissage du rover Curiosity de la NASA sur Mars en ao\u00fbt 2012. La NASA a fourni d'\u00e9tonnantes illustrations et Nature a cr\u00e9\u00e9 le design de l'information.
