Les cellules na\u00efves non tri\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cultiv\u00e9es dans un milieu CSC contenant du FGF2 ou avec l'inhibiteur de FGFR SU-5402.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Le r\u00f4le du facteur de croissance des fibroblastes 2 (FGF2) dans l'autorenouvellement des cellules souches du cancer colorectal a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans \" FGF Signalling in the Self-Renewal of Colon Cancer Organoids \", J\u00f6rg Otte et ses coll\u00e8gues (2019) ont rapport\u00e9 que lorsque des cellules uniques na\u00efves \u00e9taient int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans du Matrigel et cultiv\u00e9es dans le milieu CSC, une auto-organisation plus complexe \u00e9tait observ\u00e9e chez tous les patients analys\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les g\u00e8nes directement associ\u00e9s \u00e0 l'EMT ainsi qu'\u00e0 un ph\u00e9notype m\u00e9senchymateux et autorenouvelable (TGFB3, ID1, ID2 et ID4) se sont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9s surexprim\u00e9s dans les organo\u00efdes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors que l'inhibition du FGFR a entra\u00een\u00e9 une augmentation de la signalisation MAPK, ils ont observ\u00e9 une diff\u00e9renciation induite, une perte de la plupart des marqueurs de cellules souches et un ph\u00e9notype \u00e9pith\u00e9lial. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les cellules souches canc\u00e9reuses sont une sous-population de cellules malignes capables de s'auto-renouveler et de servir de source permanente de cellules tumorales diff\u00e9renci\u00e9es.
