Le virus Zika est un arbovirus appartenant \u00e0 la famille des Flaviviridae responsable d'une r\u00e9cente \u00e9pid\u00e9mie majeure en Am\u00e9rique latine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le ZIKV a \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9 dans le cerveau et le LCR de patients adultes. L'immunor\u00e9activit\u00e9 du NS2B s'est retrouv\u00e9e en colocalisation avec les cellules immunor\u00e9actives au NeuN, mais pas avec le GFAP ou le F4\/80, ce qui indique que les neurones sont cibl\u00e9s par le ZikV dans le tissu humain mature.
