Les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s au diagnostic psychiatrique ont fait surface en 2010, lorsque le Medical Research Council britannique a publi\u00e9 une strat\u00e9gie pour la sant\u00e9 mentale. L'innovation radicale est la psychoth\u00e9rapie assist\u00e9e par les psych\u00e9d\u00e9liques (PAP) : utilisation supervis\u00e9e par des professionnels de la k\u00e9tamine, de la MDMA, de la psilocybine, du LSD et de l'iboga\u00efne.
