Le rejeu de l'activit\u00e9 neuronale semble \u00eatre \u00e0 la base de plusieurs formes de m\u00e9moire.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'\u00e9quipe du Dr Cohen a enregistr\u00e9 les ondes c\u00e9r\u00e9brales de 33 participants droitiers en bonne sant\u00e9 pendant qu'ils testaient un code avec leur main gauche \u00e0 l'aide d'un scanner tr\u00e8s sensible appel\u00e9 magn\u00e9toenc\u00e9phalographie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sujets ont re\u00e7u les chiffres 41234, affich\u00e9s sur un \u00e9cran pendant 10 secondes, et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00e9crire le code autant de fois qu'ils le pouvaient pendant 10 secondes, suivies d'une pause de 10 secondes. Ils ont r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 le processus 35 fois, en s'exer\u00e7ant et en se reposant alternativement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s cette exp\u00e9rience, ils ont constat\u00e9 que la capacit\u00e9 du sujet \u00e0 taper correctement le code s'est grandement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e, puis s'est stabilis\u00e9e apr\u00e8s la 11e tentative.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un programme informatique sp\u00e9cial mis au point par l'\u00e9quipe, ils ont pu d\u00e9terminer comment le cerveau traite chacun des chiffres du test.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une version beaucoup plus rapide de l'activit\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9brale pendant la frappe se refl\u00e9tait pendant les pauses, comme le montre le programme ; elle \u00e9tait environ 20 fois plus rapide que celle observ\u00e9e pendant la frappe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'activit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 multipli\u00e9e par deux ou trois apr\u00e8s la fin des exp\u00e9riences. Des rediffusions plus fr\u00e9quentes ont entra\u00een\u00e9 des sauts de performance plus rapides que les rediffusions moins fr\u00e9quentes dans le cerveau des sujets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans toutes les p\u00e9riodes de repos \u00e9veill\u00e9 examin\u00e9es, il y a eu des relectures neuronales de l'ensemble de la s\u00e9quence entra\u00een\u00e9e. En revanche, on a constat\u00e9 une diff\u00e9rence dans les taux de d\u00e9tection en fonction de la dur\u00e9e de la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de l'\u00e9tude ont montr\u00e9 que l'activit\u00e9 de relecture \u00e9tait le plus souvent localis\u00e9e dans les r\u00e9gions sensorimotrices du cerveau, la partie du cerveau qui r\u00e9gule le mouvement. En outre, l'hippocampe et le cortex entorhinal ont \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer dans la relecture des souvenirs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9montrent la pr\u00e9sence de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions hippocampiques-n\u00e9ocorticales qui contribuent \u00e0 la consolidation rapide des comp\u00e9tences en \u00e9tat de veille. C'est l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment le plus surprenant de l'\u00e9tude.
